Gerry's Driving Academy

For some reason my son was not excited to learn how to drive until he drove with Gerry.Gerry is a very funny guy but tells you like it is. He doesn’t sugar coat anything which he shouldn’t it’s your child’s safety on the line.I very much enjoyed this experience. The appointments were so easy to book, Gerry was always available for questions. He was always on time, professional and informative. And did I say funny lol he is funny. Such a joy to work with.Oh and my son passed on his first try woohoo.

I had a great experience taking Gerry’s driving course. He tells you how it is and gives you a lot of good information and tools to practice your driving outside of class as well. Gives good constructive criticism on your errors and how to improve them. Definitely felt safe on the road with him and continue to feel safe after getting my license thanks to everything he’s taught me. Would recommend his course to anyone new learning to drive!

Taking driving school with Gerry was one of the best decisions I made. I was a very anxious driver never really knowing where my blind spot was or how to actually check for pedestrians. When it came to driving before taking his class, I was a mess. Gerry took his time actually slowing down the whole process to show me how to look out for pedestrians, where my blind spot actually is and how to use my mirrors properly. Going into my G2 exam was still stressful, but I went in confidently and passed with flying colours. You can tell Gerry really loves what he does and wants to teach people how to actually drive, and not just how to pass the G2 test like other places. If you’re a parent looking to get your child into a driving school, or an adult like me who needed her license for work, this driving school should be your number 1 pick.Thank you Gerry for teaching us how to actually drive.

Gerry will not hold back from roasting you, but it's always in a constructive way!! He's super observant and always understands why you're doing what you're doing, which I really loved. 11/10 would recommend!Also PSA to introverts: Gerry is hilarious and it's literally never awkward inside of his car. Loved every lesson.

Gerry is the best instructor out there. He'll teach you with passion and make you a confident and safe driver out of you. Trust me, as an international student with no prior driving experience, I cannot be more grateful to have found this academy. More than that, I really enjoyed every lesson. Gerry is an excellent instructor to say the least. He is very observant and always offers you honest and constructive criticism to help you better your skills. During my time with Gerry he could not stress enough the importance of driving defensively and made sure I was always aware of my surroundings… even with his 1/10 jokes. (sorry, not really)After finishing his course I feel I am more than prepared for my G2 test. His course is very educational and challenging and I would HIGHLY recommend him. 100/10.
