I've given Jetts 3 chances now, and am never returning. I would sooner travel out of town to purchase my gear. This isn't to bash the store, the owners or employees in anyway but, its constructive critiscm. Read these, take them into consideration and potentially become a better store. My first experience was when i was just beggining my music, i wanted to purchase an electric, i had been playing for a few months. They denied me to play any guitars because i didnt have the cash on me (i was 12, like my mom was gonna let me run around with 500 bucks in my pocket.) So i left, went to L&M and spent 600 dollars. 2 years later, i return, with my cash in hand, 1500$, and they were so unknowledgeable and were of no help so again L&M got my business instead. And not so long ago now, i walked in for a simple pair of strings, and they were pressuring me to buy more, and someone made the remark ''whats the point of coming in for a single pack of strings'' while speaking amongst eachother. That was my last straw. I walked out for my last time. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but this is not one i can stand behind. Go to Cosmic Daves if you want great customer service, amazing guitars and prices, and still support local. Jetts has potential, if only they would work on their customer service and such.

Bad atmosphere and staff makes you feel uncomfortable. They will stare at you and make you feel unwanted. You are not allowed to play any music, or try most instruments (even though it's a MUSIC STORE). I was asked to pay up" or clean if I wanted to play the instrument - very disrespectful. Long and McQuade has much better customer service and they literally let you try out anything in their store. They also offer 0% financing on the majority of their products. Never stepping foot in Jett's store again."

I am in langford b.c canada, this business has reached the west coast!So I will definitely keep them in mind if I ever find myself in Sudbury.

Great family business! Jett Jr., Senior and Mrs. Landry have provided great service and have helped me several times over the years. They go above and beyond to support and provide you with great quality products

Walked in with a couple of buddies and were greeted by Mr. Jett and he shared stories and knowledge about all the guitars in the shop. I’m just beginning getting serious about playing guitar and he even played a couple songs for me. It was a pleasure being in that store. I’m going to return my guitar at L&M and bring my business here.

It was HORRIBLE. Me and my dad, Who also wrote a review (his name is D M) were going to look for a bass. As soon as I entered the store It wasn’t pleasant.The owner looked incredibly unfriendly and looked like he wanted us to leave. We tried to leave as fast as we can after that. Never going their AGAIN!!!!!! (They missed out on 1000$). Keep In mind I’m 14 years old. They also acted snobbish (even though I had been playing guitar for 3 years and I know my stuff). Go check out Long and Mcquades or Cosmic Daves guitar auditorium Those places have good customer service, their employees know their stuff and they have better instruments anyways. Screw this place, 1 Star.

Awesome service n very knowledgeable staff. If you looking to rock your house they have the speakers you need. Need an upgrade to your sound system check them out as they just might surprise you..

It is a great place to buy any piece of music but most importantly the music teachers are wonderful. My kids play different instruments and they both happy learners because of the teachers.

My favourite music store in all of Sudbury. I never come out without buying something. Always satisfied.

Great guitars - awkward atmosphere. They have a great variety of guitars, equipment and others instruments. However, staff stand at the front and stares at you without offering any help. They did not allow my to try out the guitars until I confirmed to them that I was looking to purchase one but even then I had to ask permission for each individual guitar. Lastly, there no music playing (in a music store?). Very uncomfortable experience, I left the store and went else where to purchase a new guitar although I'm sure the store has great potential.
