They are getting rid of all the kids clothes ..that's sad..place Longueuil need more boy clothes that's lease expensive..and thought this place was great for that.

Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful management. I would not recommend ever coming here unless you want to be treated with the most impolite and rude behaviour. To the worker with the pink hair, please learn how to communicate with others in a humane manner. Otherwise, you do not deserve your position. Thanks.

Super disrespectful and horrible staff, I got yelled at because I didn't want to buy things I couldnt try on there because their dressing room was closed. I told her in this case I am not comfortable buying without having tried beforehand. A manager came back to talk to me aggressively and told me to read before entering. that she had put in writing that the cabin was not usable and that I should not have come in this case. that you have to know how to read. I told her sorry if that frustrated her I didn't know and it was not my intention. she answers me, I'm not frustrated, you just have to read. that I'm not the only one. I told her in this case tell the people who enter the store if she wants people to know and replied that they are just 3... in any case I don't think these are good reasons to treat customers like that. I felt attacked for something that is not even clear. Anyway it's not their job to replace the clothes even if I just take 1 out of 30 pieces. So what I don't take the 5 pieces I wanted to try. Management should change its not a good exemple for employees.

Terrible experience. The lady (she was the only one at the cash on June 3rd at 9:30) was super rude to me. I wanted to pay with a card and waited for the instructions on the machine. After showing the amount, itt said on the scree to tap or insert the card which I did but the machine didn't seem to read it properly. She started being condescending and told me that like every other client, I didn't wait for the OK...I asked if I could pay debit rather than credit she said yes. Once again her machine starts giving trouble once it gave me the OK to go ahead. The machine blocked and I got the most arrogant look and way of her talking to me. She started putting her shoulders up and said: well now we have no choice to wait! (while rolling her eyes). I wanted to tell her off so badly but my daughter was with me and it was too early for that (9:30 am). Finally she had the bright idea to call her colleague who came to help. He was super kind and gentle but clearly saw I was upset. Her eye rolling and looking at me with arrogance and speaking to me as if I were two... unacceptable! It is not the first time that I see workers there acting like jerks towards their clients. Disgusting.

Staff were space cadets. Store was clean and organized.

The staff and management were very kind and helpful :) I had to return items and they were patient with me.

Quebec Urban Planet stores have the worst in-store customer service I have ever experienced at any retail store in my life. I never used to shop there to begin with and when I decided to start, I realised why I will no longer be visiting another one ever again.The only reason this is getting 2 stars, is because emailing customer service at least tried to help me in some way.

Was it normal to be asked to leave 50min before closing time ?

Closed at 5h20pm already. As i saw the young girl closing putting the alarm/locking behind her. It was probably closed before this i'm sure.Its supposed to close at 6pm
