When they first opened the food was great 5* but the last couple times not as good. Last visit ordered traditional wings. Two of the wings looked weird (like partial wings). I give 3* on my last experience

Before ordering please read the 1 star reviews they are all true. I ordered for delivery and it never arrived despite the app saying it did. After an hour I try calling the store and no one picks up. I try again and reach someone who puts me on hold for over 20 minutes so they can contact the store. While waiting I called their main line to leave a complaint and ask for a refund. Never experienced anything like this from a pizza place. What a joke. If you value your money don't order from here!!!

Ordered a gluten free ham and pineapple pizza. It was horrible. So dry, I don’t think there was any tomato sauce on it.Won’t go back.

I’m not even too sure how to review this Pizza Hut. You win some and you lose some.Sometimes there’s a kitchen full of people and order seems to get screwed up every time. However there is a lovely lady that is working alone almost every time I’m there. She’s never messed up an order and she’s running around like a chicken with her head chopped off. I feel so bad. She need help if the kitchen, if not then she deserves a higher wage because she pretty much runs the place.One day I’m gonna give her a tip that she will never forget for all the hard work she does and not having any help to back her up.This Pizza Hut is definitely a 9.5 out of 10 for sure. The 0.05 is the lack of employees in the kitchen. I wish I could help in some ways

I had a bad experience with another branch of Pizza Hut, but this one in Hagersville was a pleasant experience for me. For years, I avoided Pizza Hut, but since I was visiting the place, that’s the only pizza I trusted when it came to taste, I didn’t wait that long also. So, thumbs up. P.S. I was with my family

Order was missing “cheesy knots” when picking up.Waited another 15 minutes.When received, the bread was completely uncooked and they decided not to put a wax paper down so butter covered an entire pizza underneath after seeping through the container.

First and past time I order at this location waited 20 min longer then my pick up time even had to cut my own pizza when I got home .. and if I wanted just plain chicken bite I would have made my own at home .. deff sticking with pizza depot from now on

Ok so i always ask for no sauceon my pizza i got 2 medium pep and chees stuff crust so got home gave my son pizza wich had sauce let mine and did my running around but when i got home i noticed that they didn't even put cheese on it always something when i order here

Don't bother, go to Godfathers, Main 88 or Pizza depot instead. Ordered online, picked up, paid and got the pizza home to realize it wasn't correct. Ordered stuffed crust medium and they gave me a regular large. Called the store and it was only then they thought it relevant to tell us that what we ordered wasn't available. I then had to go back to the store and convince them why I should get the difference in cost back to what I ordered vs what I got. Should have listened to the reviews. At least the pizza was cooked fully
