Ecoline Windows and Doors Edmonton

We had 22 windows replaced. The quote process was straight forward and pricing was reasonable. They did the job in 3 days. The installers were professional and the attention to detail was very good. I was especially pleased that the window trim aluminum capping was left in place with new caulking - other window companies said that this would have to be removed and replaced. Cleanup was also good although it would have been nice if the old windows could be taken away at the end of each day rather than all of them at the end of the job. All in all I am very satisfied. Looking forward to -30°C now.

Ecoline replaced all the 9 aluminum windows in my 1975 built house last month. We are very satisfied with the sales (Carlos) , the installation (Demitri and crew) plus the quality of the windows. Everything Carlos said would be done was and more. I felt comfortable with the installation crew in my home and feel the quality of their work and the installation was top notch. I would recommend Ecoline Windows, Carlos and the installation crew (Demetri) to anyone thinking of new windows. Photos shown are of both before and after in some cases. The carport window I am quite pleased with as it was a difficult installation thanks to the construction of the carport.

I don’t know if their windows are any good. We paid the deposit in September. We were told they would be installed in October and November Got the contract and it said December or January. As we had patio door that was broken and would not close, I called because it was promised by October as it was in stock as a standard size. Had a measurement appointment set for Sept 22. They no showed, and after calling, they came the next day.Got an appointment on October 24 for the installation of the patio door. No show. Called and was told to wait, he was running late, wait a bit more. Then the call that the appointment was cancelled they could come November 18They did and the patio door is good. But they left a mess inside and out and the old doors flat on the deck where they were covered in snow. The screen of the patio door is still stuck in the ice/snow and we won’t get it out til spring.So they changed the installation date to February 13 at 9 am. Then I get an email that says 9-11am. I took the day off work because we have 4 dogs and 2 cats.9 am appointment. At 10:15 I called to ensure they were coming. YES! they are 30 minutes away. At 11:30. I call, no one here yet. Of. They are delayed, they’ll be there by noon, then 12:30.I had an appointment set up at 1 and had my dogs and cats in my vehicle.In the middle of my appointment, they call. Not coming, but they can come tomorrow….The saga continues..UPDATE. The windows were installed on the 14th and we left while they worked. although they look great from the inside and seem to be high quality, they obviously measured for a 2x4 wall and not the 2x3 wall that we have in the older modular home we are renovating. They stick out over an inch on the outside and were not filled to stop water entry.I contacted them on the 14th when I saw the windows and they sent someone back to fill the gaps with expanding foam. Then on Saturday they came and put drip caps on.When I spoke to the siders, they have told me that the only way to fix it is to do external one inch insulation board under the siding.That is probably a good idea with 2x3 walls, but its a $5000 expense that I really didn’t want or need. I did ask for a partial refund of my $17,000+ window bill to help with additional expenses I would not have incurred without their screw ups, but that is never going to happen,AND A FYI - they asked me to remove this review because they put the drip cap on.

We had an excellent experience with Ecoline Windows Edmonton! We had ten windows replaced and our salesman Vitaliy was very knowledgeable and attentive. The new windows were manufactured and ready for install sooner than we anticipated. We were also very pleased with the install which was completed in a day. We are very happy with the new windows and the overall process!

Carlos helped us with our windows, he was super great. The install seems great as well; the guys took obvious pride in their work. Windows so far seem great, but we won't know for sure until winter. Scheduling department and invoicing could have been a little better, but nothing major.

Ian was very friendly and professional when he came into our home to give us an estimate. He understood our needs and offered his advice. He didn't even mind the messy house!Update: It's been almost a year since we've had our new windows and doors. The house is so much warmer, no more cold air coming in through gaps. Great quality windows, very happy. The installation team was very professional and worked quickly and did a great job. Highly recommend this company.

Working with Ecoline was so easy! From the initial consultation and quotes right through the install, the process was smooth and there were no (bad) surprises at all! They even were able to reschedule me for the next week, completely hassle-free, when I wasn't feeling well a couple days before the scheduled install. These days, that is customer service above and beyond!The installation team arrived on time and fully prepared to complete all six windows in a timely fashion! They were efficient, polite, and cleaned up every bit of debris after! The windows themselves are solid quality, look great, and are already keeping my home warmer and my furnace running less. The fact that they are easy to clean due to the way they can swing open, also helps to keep my home looking great!Their prices are truly competitive and the included perks (warranty, installation inclusions, assistance with rebates, etc) are beyond anything offered from other companies.I highly recommend Ecoline Windows to anyone wants to upgrade their windows!!

We just recently purchased four basement windows from Ecoline Windows. We were highly impressed with the quality of the windows, plus the installation crew (Andrei Sol, Vlad and Victor). The installers were friendly, professional, hard-working and did a fabulous job with the clean-up! We would definitely purchase again from this company when we change out our next window!

First off I want to say the salesman we dealt with was wonderful. Except for the fact that we asked that both my spouse and I to be attached on all correspondence. He only spoke and emailed my husband. We explained multiple times that I would like to be sent copies of the emails as well as included in the email conversations as I was the one paying for everything as well as my husband often was busy at work and couldn’t respond right away. This was never done, he continued to only speak to my husband. We had our Windows installed last Thursday and that’s when everything took a turn. They weren’t able to finish all 13 windows. Which was fine so they came back on Friday to complete. They told me they were done the job and upon checking everything over found that they half finished 3 of the windows. He apologized and said he’ll quickly finish. No one wants to hear that a very expensive job will be done quickly. He then told me he didn’t have certain materials and can either run to the store to get them or come back Monday. He decided he’d go to the store to finish. I’m assuming because it was Friday they wanted to get out as soon as possible they rushed the inspection and clean up. when we asked questions the installer said he did not understand and would avoid answering. The amount of caulking used around the exterior of our windows is horrendous. Further I found that I was charged for products that were never installed. We contacted our salesman regarding the discrepancy and stated he couldn’t refund our money and that he will refund us out of his own pocket. We have still yet to see that money. We did not receive a final receipt for the windows (which I need in order to submit to get my energy rebate) The installers left our house with large debris on the floor and tables. They did NOT wipe down the exterior of our windows. Which were left with stains, smudges and dried adhesive. Which we will now have to get up on a ladder and rectify. I also found our click on casing around some of the windows are cracked as well as have large coloured dents. Furthermore the windows that they rushed on Friday the wall has dents that weren’t there previously that we will now have to fix. All in all I am not impressed spending almost $14,000. For poor customer service and lack of communication on the process. Plus the labor we now have to put in to rectify what was done.
