The clothing speaks for itself. It's some of the best. I want to talk about Corey. I have never, ever felt more assured, appreciated, or taken care of than I did today. My words are going to fall short and pale in comparison to the experience I had today. It wasn't just Corey's subject matter expertise or an amazing eye for fit and style, but also his great personality and a really fun sense of humor. I laughed from the belly, had an amazing time, and left with a great suit and hands down the best retail experience I've ever had. Thank you Sir.

Once again, I had a wonderful experience today! Jodi is an amazing force who really knows my likes and dislikes. She is a bubbly and positive person (which I really appreciate). She assisted me with an entire new cruise wardrobe. The one aspect I did notice was the warmer reception in the store as well as smiled from the other staff. I actually backed away from this location for a while, as I sensed tensions,and felt unwelcome and not valued as a Harrys’ client (for almost 40 years.) I see positive changes, and Jodi ALWAYS goes out of her way to provide a great experience. Really like the new manager. He is both personable and engaging!

Jason King helped me source together an amazing suit for my wedding and had it tailored perfectly. The whole experience from start to finish was very smooth and he was very good at having things taken care of promptly. Would recommend him to anyone wanting quality service at Harry Rosen.

Underwhelming experience, service and selection.I purchased two pairs of BOSS dress shoes in 2019. I was sized incorrectly and shortly after was no longer able to wear the shoes. 2023 I went in to buy new dress shoes & suit. The service was not what you would expect from a luxury retailer. Sales team was not helpful nor provided any options. Website is not accurate in regards to in store availability.

I have had amazing shopping experiences at Harry Rosen with Chris Chin. I have been shopping with Chris for a few years now, and I can say without the doubt he provides the most welcoming, responsive, and knowledgeable service. He is always very engaged and attentive to customer needs and tastes, and works with the client to build an outfit. Chris has been able to artfully put together a professional wardrobe for me, bring casual outfit concepts I have to life, and found me a perfect new suit recently. Importantly, he also honestly educates the client about the products offered so we can make the best purchasing decisions. Chris’s hospitality is also second to none. I recently brought my father, who was visiting from out of town looking to purchase a suit, to Harry Rosen to shop with Chris. He was amazed by the shopping experience with Chris, said he received the highest level of hospitable, knowledgeable, and welcoming service, and enjoyed the personalized and focused advice. I would highly recommend shopping with Chris for all needs from suits to casual attire, and look forward to regularly shopping with him in the future.

We went to numerous menswear stores looking for a suit, and the reception, knowledge and assistance at most of them was lacklustre at best.We walked in here and were helped by a very personable, helpful gentleman (Jalal) who spent literally hours with us finding and fitting my partner for a suit. The manager (owner?) runs a tight ship - the establishment itself is flawlessly maintained with all clothing immaculately pressed and folded and not an item out of place, and he personally works the floor to ensure operations run smoothly. We walked out of there with our entire outfit because of the care and attention to detail, and general knowledge about fabrics, brands and tailoring displayed by the staff. For anyone looking for a suit or any other high-end menswear I would highly recommend coming here.

We bought our son a custom suit for his graduation, it was a tremendous experience, and very reasonable cost for what service and the quality of shirt and suit we received. Our sales person Mohammed individually coordinated with us and the rest of the staff were all 10/10. Highly recommended!
