90A never came at 7:16 am like it was supposed to which is totally unacceptable. People rely on these services to get from A to B on time for work and other important meetings and a no show bus not only makes you guys look bad, it makes everyone else you made late look bad. I leave myself two hours to get to where I need to be for work, plenty of time because I'm fashionably early in everything I do and your bus drivers decision to take a day off and your lack of initiative to find a replacement to cover in time is totally unprofessional and irresponsible. Now I'm late for work as a new hire due to your mistake.
