Mister Transmission

My Nissan had a clicking sound when I drive. Took it to my dump mechanic and he said it was the brakes, we change the brakes and the sound was still there then he said oh it’s the transmission(cause everyone knows Nissan has bad transmission) . I brought it here and Ken took it for a test drive, scan the transmission and saw nothing wrong with it. He then adjusted the brakes and the sound was gone n he did it for free.Initially I didn’t have to change my brakes in the first place.Some mechanics need serious flogging for wrong diagnosis

Oil leaking out of my vehicle so I took it to my regular mechanic. The leak was quite terrible. I was informed it would cost me $1800.00 plus taxes to fix the vehicle. He told me that the job was quite extensive and would take over a week to fix. SO I WAS THEN REFERRED TO KEN (by one of my friends) at Mister Transmission. Stressed and worried...... I called Ken and discussed the issue with him. He really put my mind at ease soI had the vehicle towed over to him....turns out the problem is not as extensive as i was told .Ken took care of me and saved me over $1400.00!!! Highly recommend this location! Ken is the best. Mr. Ken Barone is an amazing automotive technician, he know his stuff, he fixed my car left wheel noise problems in mins. It's been 16 months, the problem never came out again, and now my old corolla is steady and in a very good condition. I think it's necessary to write a great review again for this location, especially in this difficult time. If your car has a problem, go to this location, Ken will fix your problem.

I had a transmission problem in my Mazda3,10, recently; had checked engine sign and AT sign. I got kicks when I changed gear from Park to Drive/ReverseThe dealer & my mechanic recommended me to replace the Transmission. I really frustrated. Finally, I took my car to 50 Donpark Road, Markham. There, technician , Ken Barone identified the problem quickly, and fixed it within a short period of time ; only he replaced the TCM . His diagnostic skills saved my time & money. I gave my car for repair as I was having a leak from transmission. He have kept my car for almost 3 weeks and after 3 weeks when he's done he asked me to come and pick it up. When I went to pick up my car I have seen that he had he had damaged it he had damaged my car while placing the rod. he only responded when I called the head office and then he did some temporary fix after after he got a call from the head office. I don't recommend him you can find better mechanic who can do your work faster and in a very professional way.

My transmission fluid was over filled by another garage. These guys took my van in with no appointment and corrected it while i waited. They didnt charge me a dime! I am not saying youre going to get free service here but definitely expect great service. Thanks again.

Dealt with Ken on two seperate occasions and both times he was honest and very helpful.Once I brought my 2003 Dodge Caravan in where I could not drive forward after a hard stop but after a few seconds it would start driving again. So I thought my transmission was starting to give up and would eventually need to be replaced but it turned out to be as simple as my transmission fluid level was low. So once he topped it up I never had that issue again and drove the van another 80k before selling it.

It was a wonderful experience. The representative Ken was helpful, explained things in a way that I understood and kept me in the loop and followed up with me. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and I'm so happy with the results.
