Everything about Metta Massage + Wellness is basically perfection from the moment you walk in the door. The space is stunning, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and you can tell that this is just a special place. I saw Darlyn for a massage for the first time a couple of weeks ago and she was able to work out knots I didn't even know I had! I left feeling better than I have in months, and I've already booked my next appointment. So glad to have found Metta!

I was greeted with a warm welcome. Jen the owner, welcomed me with open arms and hot tea. My massage with Heather was more than I dreamed.

Metta Massage is an oasis of calm and wellness in the Upper Beaches. Jennifer is a skilled therapist and an empathetic individual who will leave you feeling 100% better than when you went in.

This experience starts before you even enter indoors. You are immediately greeted by a gorgeous historical building/home surrounded by beautiful landscaping leading you to a quaint side entrance.Once indoors your senses continue to take you on this amazing experience. The smell and sounds once you open the doors of Metta are inviting and calming. I swear at times I could walk out at that point and feel like a new person HOWEVER I would never miss the opportunity to have Jennys magical hands heal me.The rooms are beautifully lite and the temperature is just perfect. The heated towels, sounds, scents, selection of oils all add to this amazing experience. Jenny is extremely professional and talented she hits all the right spots it’s like she’s in my head, I have no idea how she’s does it. I always leave Metta feeling relaxed and at ease but also fixed. Metta is the perfect experience for anyone I recommend it 100%.

I have been going to Metta since Aug 2020 when a friend recommended Jennifer to me. I now cannot imagine what life would be like without having this lovely relaxing sanctuary in my life. I make a conscious effort to put time aside every month to go to Metta and regardless of how stressed I was walking through the door, as soon as I step inside, the stress instantly leaves and I always go home feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Have been for a few regular massage appointments. Very nicely set up space. Easy booking and lots of RMT's to help out.A little confusing which floor to go on, so make sure to check your appointment ahead of time.

Absolutely love getting a massage at Metta. Today was my second time and it was perfection. The location and beautiful ambience as others have mentioned, make the experience truly relaxing and special.

This even I had my first massage at Metta Massage + Wellness.I was warmly welcome by Aysha and Mimi (Aysha little fur baby) They were both extremely welcoming and kind.Aysha's calim engery really set the ton for a very relaxing treatment. My husband and I have been going to Metta Massage almost every month since 2020, and absolutely love everything about our experience, from the amazingly skilled massage therapists, to the soothing and relaxing ambience (scents, sounds and setting). We always look forward to our appointments, be it a full body massage, or a hot stone or a pre-natal. I can't recommend Jennifer, Aysha or Andrea highly enough, but fact is you can't go wrong with any of the amazing RMTs at Metta.At Metta they always go the extra mile to provide the absolute best for their clients, including recommending bath products, essential oils, and maintaining a wait-list. We're lucky to have Metta Massage + Wellness in our neighbourhood!
