I Walked into the office in Kingston On. sat with Dylon and went over the contract with him. He was quick to get me in another vehicle, and even offered to do the detailing in a couple of weeks cos I am supper busy but impatient. Well not sure where to start. We got a van from Kingston Ontario. It has been plagued with problems since we got it. First the deal was done but took almost a month to receive the van. Kept getting excuses. Only to find out the van was coming from Quebec. They sold a van that wasn’t even registered in Ontario to us. Then we finally received the van after the financial company took the first payment out. So problems with the van first the brakes were grabbing and had problems with the steering wheel controls. They did fix that due to that was safety issues. Now the transmission isn’t shifting properly took it into dodge to get fluid level checked. Fluid is where it should be. But is burnt according to the dodge tech. My wife had to call bomb the sales man Brian because we first sent a text about the issue. He said he would talk to management. But no response back from him. The van only has 118000 km on it the fluid shouldn’t be burnt. So once again we are calling and texting and sending emails. Now we are not getting any response. I will be posting every day until we get this resolved. We have had the van under 30 days.This is a response to your response. We have tried calling and emails and text messages. Nothing was checked by your shop about transmission. The only thing checked was the brakes. If your mechanic would have check the transmission he would have noticed the burnt transmission fluid. I will be taking it in to dodge and have the ecm down loaded also have the transmission fluid changed and look for metal fragments on the magnet in the transmission pan. It didn’t have to go this way if you would have returned calls. I did send you guys a email giving you 24 hours to respond before I would do this.

Easiest company to work with. My credit is awful and Dylon at the Kingston location got it done for me and kept his word the whole way through. I never felt pressured through the whole situation! Nothing but amazing things to say about them. Will definitely be back.
