The staff are supportive and professional except the reception office which is responsible for the inefficienct and disorganized phone scheduling system. The phone scheduling system is not reasonable - you can only wait for the office call back in 24 hours after you leave a voicemail. If you miss the call from the office next day, there is no more callback from the office. Then you need to repeat the whole process again, which means to wait for another 24 hours for the callback. Since I have a full-time job, it's difficult to answer the phone whenever I want. Tried to communicate with the health centre via its feedback email, no one replied and no solution has been made.

Suma is one of the worst case workers I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of “working with”. Since day one she has refused to take my case seriously, or treat it as an emergency. Twice now she has “left the office” for multiple days in a row, the second time she left for TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT!! She is now blaming me for my application taking OVER a month and half to complete and is still continuing to treat my issue as if it isn’t important.During her time away she did absolutely nothing to help us, and even lied to me on MULTIPLE occasions about what was required for my application.STAY FAR AWAY FROM SUMA!! SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER JOB OR HER CLIENTS!!

LAMP Early On is one of the best things that has happened during my maternity leave! Their baby programs are informative, helpful and literally life changing! I spent most of my time at these two locations on 2nd St and 4th St and I am so grateful for all the advice and support I have received from these amazing ladies (Sina, Aleksandra, Carina) - thank you for making new mom’s lives easier!

Lamp is a wonderful organization that caters to the entire community. I utilize the family doctor service and have wonderful care for myself and my children and I access the Early Years (Early On) programs almost five times a week. My children and I feel as if we have a second family at Lamp.

I love feeding with love programs that they offered to mommies. Best thing about this program is that they teached on different topics like washing hands, making baby food and etc. They also give you a light food like sandwiches, soup , pasta and fruits. If you have a kid, they have special kid friendly food too. The icing on the cake is you can get ttc token and also food voucher of $10.The staffs are very kind and helpful. The cook lady is very welcoming and Nice. I mean all are very nice. This is my favourite place to go on monday. Me and My baby both loves attending this program and had very good interaction with mommies out there and so my baby too got few friends. Program timing was perfect too. It’s from 1 to 2:30pm.

I hear so many good things about this place.I'm disabled; I lived in their catchment area for the past 6 years. I frequently saw ads for events at LAMP which always included contact info in the form of a phone number and email address. However, none of my email inquiries have ever received a response- which leads me to believe their services are only ACTUALLY accessible by attending their location in person.

I was told I was on a waiting list January 2020. I was told it would be 2 or 3 months later. I called in October and was told me they are no longer taking clients who have a doctor. They didn't bother to call and tell us waiting that we were no longer on a list. I moved here and my doctor is 1 1/2 hours in transit as I can not drive. My back can not handle the trip.I have Osteoporosis in my spine. My spine is collapsing and choking our my spinal cord. I needed physiotherapy ASAP. I wasted my very needed time here.Even worst is how very rude they were to me when I called. Even worst is how very rude they have been to not one but both if my nephews. Some of the receptionists here have quite the egos.
