Pie Squared

Their in store pies were so-so and alright, but I bought some frozen pies to bake at home and those ones were so good! Loved the oven fresh taste of the the Pi square pies that I heated up at home.I enjoyed the chicken pot pie (includes herbs) and the apple pie the best.On the pricy side, but I had a Groupon at that time.

My work caters from this place every now and then. It’s fairly good. I tried the beef/cheese and the Guinness pie and the pizza so far and have been happy with all of them. I noticed there were no photos of their pizza online so here’s the meat pizza. Overall verdict… good crust and ingredients!

This isn't the best place for pie in Toronto but it is the best place for pie when you are craving some and happen to be in the area. Despite all sorts of square-shaped pies and different flavours, I keep going back for the pulled pork pie. The only thing I'd say about the dessert pies are that they need to be bigger and have more filling -- it's not bad but just not good enough for my sweet tooth!

I didn't plan on stopping in here but since I was walking around and it looked so cute I decided to try it out. Pie was really great, the crust wasn't too hard and super flaky and even though I wasn't super hungry at the time I ended up eating the whole thing. I got the chicken pot pie and it was delicious. I had to stop my friend from trying to eat it after I let him try it.

These pies are ok. I had the Jerk Chicken, it was a disappointment. Let me say this is NOT jerk chicken at alll. Tastes more like chicken with black pepper and veggies. If this is your first time trying Jerk chicken" please try it at an authentic Caribbean restaurant.Pie squared please change the name of this pie as it does not reflect the taste of Jerk at all."

Love the Pei , however main attraction is the way they organize their manu , like a periodic table. You will see the combo of food and science at the same time. Employees there are so polite and kind. It was my first time and employee working their recommend me what to choose very nicely. Must try Raspberry Pie as dessert, so juicy.

From the moment I stepped into Pie Squared, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello". Very attentive staff who ensured my first squared pie experience would be exceptional. Such a cute shop too! I was only going to grab one pie to go

Their new location downtown Toronto at Bay and Adelaide just opened up today and I thought to try it. Oh-em-gee.. where have you been all my life Pie Squared? No matter how you slice, their savoury and sweet pies are delicious! Their jerk chicken is phenomenally flavourful with just the right amount of spice and their apple crisp has the classic, authentic taste. Looking forward to sample the rest of their creations....

I've been to this location maybe 4-5 times over the last 3 years since I first discovered it. I really love their savoury pies! They're moist and flavourful, and the crust is nice and flaky. Sometimes its a bit sad when the pie you want has sold out, but the store tends to be empty when I go, so I understand not wanting to make more than necessary. Shops always clean, the person behind the counter is always energetic and cool. They had a pop up at Yorkdale that I went to maybe 3 times while they were open. I do really wish they would open other locations as this one is quite far and it's not open Sundays (my only real free day), but it just makes it more worthwhile when I do come!

Finally tried Pie Squared in the Bloor Adelaide Centre. Loved it! I rarely review restaurants or food, but I searched for other opinions, and I see we all share the same taste. I ordered the spinach and lentil pie, as I didn't want to spend $7+ on a pie and the veggie pies are less expensive. It was perfect! Good ratio of crust to filling. Ate it with a knife and fork and the crust held together pretty well with little mess. I'll be back to try the others.
