Exceptional customer service.My item was out of stock, and I was offered a substitution, refund, or if I wanted, I could wait for their shipment if I didnt mind waiting 2-3 weeks. I was set on the item and didn't mind a wait.It ended up taking less than a week. Jennifer, the owner, got not only my order, but many others shipped within the two days left in the week. All while contending with a pretty serious snow storm, during holidays. I consider that to be service above and beyond what is expected, so thank you again Jennifer for your hard work and solid communication. Will be a repeat customer.

I highly recommend 1-Shot, Jen the owner was very patient and responsive when answering all my inquiries.Also if you are local you can do pickups by appointment, which can save on shipping and time.I only wish i knew about 1-Shot when i was purchasing the pellet gun itself rather than just the supplies. Oh well now i know.I will be making 1-Shot my one stop for any Pellet and/or Paint Ball needs.

Great little shop, excellent customer service. I have purchased a number of items from 1 Shot and Jennifer has been great at sourcing products and bringing them in for pickup. Will certainly be returning for any future needs. Keep up the great work!
