Beauty Boutique by Shoppers Drug Mart

Its about the pharmacy, that the doctor prescription was changed by one of the pharmacist who thought she was better educated than a doctor. And my mom got side effects she has diabetes she could have died. The manager seems not to care but tomorrow I will take to you and making sure you get sued by providing wrong prescription or changing the prescription without telling us.

Beware. The local management violates the official 30 day refund policy. I brought an electronic device to store and was told that they do not refund electronic. I was speechless but none the less left the shop and called Shoppers customer service. They advised I speak to the manager. I went back and did that. The manager came over and reluctantly asked if I opened the box. I said that I didn't. She opened the box and for the longest time ever tried to find clues that the item was used although it was clearly still wrap sealed. She continued to waste time trying to close the item back in the box while mumbling to herself, I guess in the effort to try and make me feel that I was causing her grief. After all this transpired she refunded me, not once explaining her breach of policy or their poor customer behavior. Never again.
