Thanks to Brian and Munden Truck for the hydraulic repairs to our motorhome. Great communication and professionalism. Brian new what he was doing and full competition of repars and not just a quick fix to get it down off the jacks. I would definitely use them again. Thanks.

The rubber shear springs on the tag axle of our motorhome failed 1100 kms from home. We were in trouble. No way to continue with the drive axle overloaded that badly. We needed help.While searching the web, I noted Munden Ventures high ratings, so gave them a call. I was connected to a fellow by the name of Greg. Told him our plight and asked if he could help. I was so thankful when he said he would.He put the parts department on it right away. The rubber shear springs are a difficult find in Canada. But we managed to find two and get them coming to the shop. Would take a week for them to get to where we were. In the interim, continued to communicate with Greg through text and calls and he did a fantastic job of keeping me assured that they would get us underway once again. As a particular bonus, they have a RV Tech on staff who is very familiar with the Morryde suspension system.Parts finally arrived, a slot was scheduled in for the repairs on very short notice. Limped into Kamloops from where we were, and they took us in right away.Springs were replaced, and while doing so, the technician noted a wheel bearing issue as well. So they repaired the problem.I didn't know at the time, but the Greg I was dealing with was none other than Greg Munden himself. He is truly a calm, patient professional who did a great job in helping us get past this issue. His staff in parts and service are also very helpful and professional teams as well.Now here's the big kicker that puts everything top shelf....Greg called me later to make sure that all was well with the motorhome. What business manager/owner does that?? He did!I wish I could give them more stars than what's available.What I am going to do, is when I'm coming through Kamloops again, I'll ask them to do any updates or maintenance that may be needed.Thank you again Greg!

Needed a leaking differential filter replaced. They got me in right away and back on the road.

A recent move to BC meant that our vehicles needed safety inspections before we could register them with ICBC. Nick at Minden looked after us promptly and efficiently, even though they primarily deal with heavy duty vehicles. Great service, and friendly folks.

These guys were first class. Had a driver of mine in from Edmonton that needed a small repair done to his exhaust system on a Volvo tractor. They told me to swing him by at 2 pm and had him on the road again by 4. Reasonable rates, but great to deal with. Highly recommend

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!All they know is how to overcharge you. I paid over $2400 just for getting coolant fitting fixed. They don’t bother about the customer service at all.Got in a couple months ago for a broken coolant fitting. Took them over 10 hours to fix a fitting which my mechanic (Calgary) told me could be done in 3-4 hours. When i called in and talked to the service manager, i told him that they’ve overcharged me and it wasn’t that big of a job. His answer was that why didn’t you get it fixed from your mechanic in Calgary then(Great way of telling your customers how willing they are to help them when they are stuck on road). I called them a couple times again and tried to explain that it wasn’t a fare charge, the guy replied that he’ll see what he can do and will call me back. Still waiting for the call though.After getting their hands on the truck for 6 hours and coming up with nothing, i tried to get my mechanic in touch with them to explain how to get the stuck broken fitting out, they bluntly refused to talk and asked my drivers to get out.
