The young salesman (Parker) was very helpful. He made himself available. He was efficient and did everything he could to support us with our needs. He was open and honest and got us the drive of our lives. Very efficient staff and the transaction was very quick. Toyota is a great company.

I've been dealing with Jim Kelman for over 20 years. He always listens and makes the best deals possible for me - not his bottom line or quota. I feel like I am put first and 'in the driver's seat'. He will always take the time to explain everything until I understand it. His patience seems infinite. The service and support folks are fabulous too! Friendly and they explain everything. I will forever be a Toyota customer because of this team.

The dealership was able to secure a Rav 4 prime 2023 after I contacted over 10 dealerships.They were excellent and had all paperwork, plating, warranty, and helpful details prepared for my arrival.Jim Kelman -sales also set up my apple devices , including apple maps, and fully explained how to use these items.Towing was another topic he was well versed regarding and gave me needed information for future reference.Thanks Kingston Toyota we love our new Prime!

Bought my first Toyota ever. Thank you Jim (sales) you made buying a truck as easy as covidly possible! Robert (parts) was an incredible help! It’s no fun to have to replace a mirror on a brand new vehicle (shoulda folded the mirror in when I parked it) but you made it as painless as possible. Thanks for sharing your knowledge as well!!Curt (service) is also amazing. I just purchased my first Toyota (2023 Crown XLE) from Kingston Toyota and the entire experience was exceptional! I was referred to Jim Kelman as being “one of the best” with 40 years selling Toyota. He did not disappoint…he listened, shared his abundance of knowledge on Toyota and their hybrid system, and was honest and friendly. Jim gave me a tour of the dealership including parts and service with an explanation on what to expect at future service appointments. He was very thorough and gave me full confidence I just made the best purchase ever!Also, compliments to Nik Lidster for answering all my finance/warranty questions, and streamlining that portion of the sales process to be understandable, and excellent.Overall, my experience with this dealership was far superior to any car purchase I have made in the past two decades.Two thumbs up!!

After having several nightmare experiences at the local Chevy dealership, I brought my Chevy truck to Toyota for basic service as my wife takes her SUV here. Holy moly! What a difference in experiences.. 10/10 recommend as the service was quick, efficient, and they brought an issue to my attention without any pressure for additional services, parts, etc.
