I made my first online guitar purchase, and I'm happy to say that Petro from Oxbow was the most professional, curtious and helpful person. He made the entire experience comfortable and safe. The service he provided was above any 5 star rating i can give. I would recommend his store 100%.The guitar I ordered arrived within 24 hours, which is amazing considering he shopped from east coast to west.It was double boxed and very well packed.Honestly I can not say enough good things about the store and Petro. Excellent service from s very nice guy.

I was searching for a Roland Jazz Chorus 22 amp and upon googling it, Oxbow Lab had it in stock where no one else in the area did. Upon calling the store, the owner Petro confirmed he had it and invited me to the store to try it. Upon my arrival , he had it ready and paired it with a guitar similar to the one I own. He also had another competitor amp beside it so I could A/B them to be sure I was pleased with the Jazz chorus I was after. Needless to say, I was very happy with his service and attentiveness to my purchase. I was so impressed with Oxbow, and Petro, that I returned two days later to purchase the Beautiful Gretsch Newyorker that he chose for me to demo the amp with. I am pleased to say that I am, and will be a returning customer!

I have had several dealings with Oxbow Audio Labs and all of them have been very positive. The owner is pleasant to speak with, kind, knowledgeable, experienced and gives great advice. Prices have been great for anything I've purchased, trade-in values are fair as well.

I purchased a set of Seymour Duncan pick ups here for my 90's Yamaha SG. Shipping was fast, I received them the very next day and they were packed exceptionally well to receive them with no risk to the product.They were also competitively priced so I know I got the best deal available.I am a very happy customer, will shop here again for my next purchase, strongly recommend.

Great selection and service. Petro has setup three of my guitars and I've been very happy with the quality of work. He replaced the nut and setup my Epiphone Les Paul and now it plays like a Gibson. Highly recommended.

A welcoming, non-pressure shopping experience. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable, and the store is very well-kept and stocked with quality gear at good prices. I had the impression he wants to make sure you're happy with your gear rather than trying to make a sale. While it appears they do most of their business online, the store is well-worth a visit if you're in the area. Highly recommended.
