Bernardo Karate & Cardio Kickboxing
very welcoming and friendly environment! the instructors work very well with the kids, encouraging them to work hard and be at their best. classes are in groups but they also take the time to work with kids individually to help improve on anything they may struggle with. this ensures that they feel comfortable, are performing well, and that everyone is on the same page! there are classes available for all age groups and skill levels, would reccommend Bernardo Karate Strathroy to anyone wanting to learn karate! :)
