Not sure why people can't read the website. This is not a coin store. I followed the website instructions and had a great experience. Friendly people, fast communication, extremely professional. By far the best place out of the 4 I have visited since I started stacking a few months ago. Will be going back to see Paul no question. I am in no way affiliated , I am just a happy customer who found a place that does not make me feel uncomfortable when buying silver.

Despite what many people have stated here, I have had nothing but fast responses for booking requests, often same day or next day appointments, and quality service and products. The people saying they can't reach the business are honestly probably not that bright, as the booking process is very clearly written on the website, and is executed as stated.

Just wanted to communicate how impressed/satisfied I was with all aspects of my purchase.I was impressed by the instant responses to my questions, the on-site follow through via the chat feature when there was a small issue processing the order, and the speed at which the order was processed and shipped to me (I ordered midday on a Monday and received midday on a Thursday).Lastly, I’m quite satisfied with the product I received.

I wouldn't even give it one star except that you have to or you won't be able post your review. I left several messages on the phone over several days for an appointment and they didn't even have the decency to return my call. It goes to voicemail every time. Very rude or out of business. I will never call again or even recommend them. I think that the mint should remove them from their list of reputable dealers.

Very professional. I didn't really know exactly what to expect on the first visit but my expections were surpassed for sure. Very fun thing to buy silver for the first time and Paul was super friendly and a helpful advisor.With regards to those leaving 1-star reviews, I kinda get what they're saying but you need to understand that this isn't a store that you can just walk into, it's an office building (and a very professional one at that) so you can't just walk in without an appointment.

They are not interested in buying gold coins below .999% purity, therefore I wouldn’t recommend their services if you are looking to sell numismatic items such as gold coins in the Ottawa or Gatineau area.Personally I prefer using banks to purchase and sell bullions.
