I went to Eringate Dental today for a cleaning. Monica looked after my cleaning and it was a painless experience and she didn’t drown me while doing it! She was very attentive to my needs and made recommendations. The dentist stopped in and asked if I had any issues, assessed my teeth and made recommendations too. All in all a very good experience. I highly recommend!

The people who work here are absolutely wonderful. I felt very safe and comfortable. Everyone who helped me was extremely thorough and so informative about what they were doing. Everything was explained to me in clear detail when I had any questions.

Can’t be happier with Dr.Razon-Clemente. She and everyone else in the clinic treat you like family members. Very honest, nurturing and high quality work. Can’t recommend this practise enough!

I have received the best possible dental care here. There is no wait time. Everyone is very punctual.Dr Kaul is super gentle. She makes the experience easy and pain free. She explains each step so there are no surprises.Grace is very caring and makes you feel comfortable in every way possible.

Dr Razon-Clemente is very competent, diagnoses correctly and remedies with good professional treatment. She is concerned for my overall health and is very gentle and kind. Hygienist Gina has maintained my teeth for the past 20 years, and is attentive to the minutest of details, as such I am in good dental health. The Administrative staff are very courteous, efficient, well organized. The Clinic is well managed, clean and equipped with up-to-date medical equipment. All staff at this clinic are well trained and are happy in their work environment.

I was a client up until late 2017. I had a bridge replaced. My original bridge lasted me well over 20 years. I started having trouble with this bridge replacement a year after it was installed by this dentist. The entire process was absolute torture for me and I decided to switch dentists after that experience. My new dentist actually commented that it seems that i suffer some sort of PTSD from my time as a patient at this office. Yesterday that bridge actually came off while i was using mouthwash. I have included a picture. A bridge minimum should last at least 10 years. Not 4. My new dentist was thankfully able to re-cement as I have a wedding to attend this weekend - she did however say that i will need to have a new bridge made as this one isn't viable to last long term. Any of the work this office said I needed to have done like replacing fillings etc - has not been mentioned by my current dentist. Thousands of dollars of work they wanted to do - my current dentist has said is not necessary. The office staff is very nice, the people answering the phones and greeting you are all very pleasant - there are some hygienists that are very opinionated here and really need to tone that down. Always follow your gut instinct, mine was telling me to find another dentist before the bridge replacement - if i had of listened i would have saved myself thousands of dollars and a lot of emotional trauma
