Ordered the swordfish sandwich and it was a hit! Long line for this place at St. Lawrence Market so I expected it to be good, and was not disappointed. My family ordered the halibut and mahi mahi which were great as well. We waited a bit for our orders and weren’t notified right away when our food was ready but otherwise a great place!

They have delicious lobster rolls.Very fresh, and fluffy lobster with hand cut fries. The portion is good with the price. They also had really good clam chowder soup that was very fresh.Seatings are limited since this location was inside of St.lawrence market. You must try this place. You will not regret it.

This little food stall is one of the best seafood restaurants in the greater Toronto are, hands down. Whenever I am in the Toronto area, I’ll head this way for a crab cake sandwich, and possibly fish and chips. Most of the time, there is a line up but, they serve very quickly. The staff are very friendly, and the stall is clean. You can see them prepare the food. The crab cakes are one of my favourites. I tend to go for the sandwich more than any other item on the menu. The fish and chips are also excellent. They don’t take visa.

The seafood here was very fresh. We got the fried calamari and the Mahi Mahi grilled sandwich I loved the coleslaw I took another tub home for my lunch the next day.Be prepared to wait a bit the queue is usually crazy which is deserved. My favorite meal in Lawrence’s Market

I’ve been here twice now, had an underwhelming lobster roll (more mayo than fresh seafood taste) and fried calamari that were just fine. This time around I ordered their haddock and chips. Service was quick.I don’t understand why this place is so hyped up… the fish and chips was absolutely unpalatable. The fish was unseasoned and the batter soggy and tasteless, it was like putting tasteless mush in my mouth. The fish wasn’t flaky and had an odd texture. Chips were fine and nothing to write home about. And that was $25 down the drain.

One of the best fish and chips I’ve had in downtown Toronto — although the “chips” are actually thin fries, and not the standard thick pub kind. Haddock tasted very fresh, and was perfectly flaky. Batter was just the right thickness, and stayed crispy!Their lobster roll is also phenomenal!Giving 4 stars because of the massive lines during peak hours, and minimal seating. This does speak to their popularity and quality, though, and is something to be expected.

I came here for dinner and got the lobster roll with fries, it was delicious. Originally, I wanted the halibut and chips, but they were out of it. The lobster was very fresh, and the portion was large enough for two smaller meals.I will definitely return in the future for other food items on the menu because it all looks so delicious and great.

Located at the back of the St. Lawrence Market, Busters is a staple for Toronto visitors. A long line, but they are efficient with the ordering. Some of the better seafood you can get in the city. Just a good luck finding a seat to chow this down!

Buster’s in Toronto clearly charge tourist prices but that didn’t bother us since we found the octopus po’boy and the lobster roll very savoury, delicious and seemed fresh. At the time, they didn’t take electronic forms of payment which was a bit disappointing in 2023 but on the plus side, there are ATMs nearby. We found service to be quick too and the staff pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed the food at Buster’s Sea Cove in Toronto, St. Lawrence’s Market.
