Ubhi Jagdeep Dr

Dr. Ubhi is one of the nicest doctor I have met in life. Apart from being the best gynecologist in town, he is courteous, humble and very helpful. Me and my wife Mitali consulted him during the pregnancy and we were able to contact him whenever we needed any help and suggestion. On our last appointment, he even waited for half an hour to see us, even after his working hours (we got stuck and got late by half an hour). We will always be thankful to him. I have read reviews about her receptionist being rude, but she was rather nice. She had genuine concerns about me and my daughter not entering the clinic due to covid, which is justified but doctor eventually allowed that too. ❤

Dr Ubhi delivered my baby via c section in August. I’ve been meaning to write a review for him! My husband and I felt very cared for by Dr Ubhi. He was very kind and I remember he was telling me a story to calm me down in the operating room. My nerves got the best of me that day but Dr Ubhi was supportive and helpful. He delivered my son in a timely manner and went over my previous c section scar nicely. It healed great. He of course checked on us after the baby was born. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Ubhi!Receptionist was initially a bit forward and rude over the phone when dealing with her, I can’t lie about that. However, she did make scheduling changes for me that I really needed and accommodated me.Overall I’m very happy he brought my baby into the world!

Amazing amazing amazing Doctor, if you can withstand dealing with the receptionist. He is the best doctor there is ! Had a scheduled c-section with him and what amazing results on my scar.. so smooth and perfect I couldn’t have asked for anything better with my last one! I had another doctor for my first 2 and it wasn’t nearly as good.

While I have yet to meet Dr. Ubhi, dealing with his god awful receptionist has not left a good impression. From the first time I spoke with her, she was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I'm extremely disappointed that I can't go to another OB because dealing with his rude receptionist is NOT worth it. I wish I didn't need prenatal care just so I can avoid her disgusting attitude all together. Despicable. Never had to deal with such a rude receptionist in my life. If you have the opportunity to go to another OB office, I can't recommend it enough. Save yourself the aggravation.

Had such an amazing experience with Dr.Ubhi! It was my second pregnancy following a preemie experience 2 years ago (not my OB at the time). So, super high risk pregnancy this time with gestational diabetes and different problems. At my first appointment, he took the time to look at my previous pregnancy's ultrasounds to see if the other team missed something and they did. With that info, Dr.Ubhi was able to do appropriate follow-ups and I felt really secured. I found that Dr.Ubhi is super professional and well informed. He also has great humor and charisma that makes you feel at ease to ask any questions.The only reason that I'm not putting a 5 star review is the receptionist who's really rude. The experience is still worth it since you're there for the Dr. not the receptionist. Keep your questions for him and just come 5 min before your app and you'll be fine ! ;)

Not even there to see this doctor but leaving this review for the receptionist. She was horribly rude and aggressive. Would only let my wife in the clinic, wouldn’t let her 6 week old baby or me in, so I had to stand in the hallway with a crying baby the whole time while their waiting room sat completely empty. Clearly customer service is not the right profession for her. Dr. Ubhi, do yourself a favour and find a new receptionist - your clients will thank you.

I had my planned C-Section with Dr.Ubhi and his Team. I couldn't ask for a better, kinder and knowledgeable surgeon than him. His office manager Karen is very organized and I've never felt any stress at all during my check ups. Thank you so so so much for the safe and easy delivery.

Just got here for my appointment and I can see what every other review about the receptionist is about. She is very forward and rude. I wasn’t aware my mother wasn’t allowed to wait in the completely empty waiting room with me although she was wearing a mask and also offered to thouroughly sanitize her hands. His receptionist needs a serious attitude adjustment, before they start to lose patients because of her attitude. Absolutely ridiculous to have someone like her working in an office that deals with pregnant women, when they are already emotionally vulnerable, and now being made to feel stupid or put down. Just based off the first interaction with her I really regret the fact that my care has been transferred here and that I have to return.
