Longman’s Markham Kia

Bought a brand new 2021 Kia Forte Ex from Longman’s last week. Initially I walked in wanting to test drive a couple of their used cars, the Sportage and Soul. On a whim I decided to take the new Forte out since it’s similar in style to my Honda Accord. Loved all the safety features that the new car had that the others did not. The sales team was awesome. No pressure at all…just laid out all the financing options and specials for the new and used cars. I decided to spend a little more for the new car (with the extensive warranties ) and I do not regret it at all. The entire family loves the new car! It's so sporty and the colour is gorgeous. Thank you!!

Went to inquire about new car along with my friend with a sales person named Paul King. He wasn’t supportive at all. I would ask questions if I am buying a car worth 50k. But he wasn’t interested in answering them and kept forcing me for a credit check. After pathetic service and unanswered questions, I had to take car from Mississauga Kia. They at least answered my questions in a good manner.

I had a great experience at this Kia dealership! Everyone here was super friendly and you can really tell that everyone looks at their clients like family! Paul was an absolute doll to deal with! He helped me every step of they way, gave me regular updates and made sure that I was comfortable with the purchase I was making! I never felt like I was being swindled or being forced to get something I didn't need or spend over what I was looking to spend. I have suggested to friends and family to go to this dealership if they are looking for a new car, and to deal with Paul specifically! I was always happy and excited to go into the dealership because it felt like I was going to see an old friend! 10/10 recommend!

I met Paul on day 1, he was very attentive and understood all my concerns. He went above and beyond to find me what I was looking for and also made time for me immediately on same day. A very professional Showroom staff. My Sales associate was Paul King.He helped me alot of details, showed me around, arranged multiple cars for test drive and when I ended up booking another vehicle he congratulate me for my purchase, but then I made a plan to purchased a second car which was Kia and I called Paul. He was very friendly and again assisted me with all the queries and answered all the questions. He helped me with getting the best Kia with more features at the same cost as my budget. Cheers to him and kudos to the showroom.Craig is a good finance manager, he guided us through each financial steps and did not push us to buy an oversell protection plan.
