I haven’t always had the best experiences with Telus and was prepared to be disappointed based on the issue I was coming in with but was seriously impressed with Marshall, the sales associate who helped me. It was busy, my issue took a while to sort out and required troubleshooting, and he was helping train the only other staff member there. He did a great job at that and with helping me. I hope this location knows they are lucky to have Marshall working with them.
