We have been eating Gino's pizza for years. Like so many times before, we ordered our usual pizza which includes extra cheese. When we picked up the pizza, we could see it did not have extra cheese. I did mention it to the people working there, who assured me it had been added to the pizza. We got home and when we started eating the pizza, we could tell it didn't have what we paid for and to top it all it was burnt! (who burns a pizza) I called them to complain about it and I just got excuses. Quality and service are not what they used to be at this location. We will not be ordering from this location anymore.

Pure madness. Like they do this all the time I was informed. No pizza in display and you have to sit and wait for the pizza to be prepared. Like not cool at all.

They have the worst customer service i ever encountered. There was a girl at the cash counter with the cat eye. Very unwelcoming gesture she had no greetings nothing. She kept saying to order fast as she had other work to do. I mean wow she had other important work than helping the customers. Never coming to this location ever.

This was not good food. We got panzerottis and cheese pizza. The panzerottis were gross. The pizza was edible. Will not order from here ever again.

My first experience is worst with them. I ordered tandoori paneer pizza and also wait for 50-55 min for delivery. When i ate first bite it was just tasteless just tasteless. No salt, no seasoning nothing in it. I called them that they charged almost $23 to me and they should do something but they just said they can not do anything now and only give 10%discount on next order but i will not order anything from this store so that 10% is priceless for me.

Ordered tonight, Thursday, Dec, 2022, it was terrible pizza was wet for whatever reason, and it wasn't the grease, Flavorless pizza, and my wings were burnt, never again. This location is terrible. On another note, it was 50 dollars for a large wet pizza and 12 burnt wings. Get your stuff together this was despicable.

Ordered from this location today and their pizza is gross. I had Gino’s before and it was decent. This location was gross.Chicken which counts as 2 toppings was bland and flavourless. They also seemed to be very cheap with the pizza sauce as there was barley any on my pizza.Will avoid this location in the future.
