Purchased a 4ft x 24ft dock (2x 12' sections). There were several emails about specs (etc) that were responded to quickly. A mock up and drawing was sent to approve (very professional). They let me know exactly when the order was ready for pickup (even during COVID!). Teresa even helped me lift and position the dock sections onto my pickup! Overall, very helpful and great to deal with. I would highly recommend anytime.
