If I could do “negative” stars you would get them.This used to be the place to go .... I think it has been bought out by a person that has -0 customer service skills.After screwing up my husbands sports jacket and taking NO responsibility, they can rest assured I will spread the word and to know they have received the last money they will ever see from me. Just remember Karma!!!!!!!

When I picked up my pants, they were covered in glitter and fluff. She noticed when she was showing me the hem and just chuckled, no apology given. I found this to be very annoying and unprofessional. I will choose a different tailor next time.

A very professional job was done on shortening the sleeves on my husband's suit jacket, which had complicated decorative buttons to replace. It was sooner than expected even though they were busy with weddings and promos.

I highly recommend this place. Amazing customer service and good qualility work at an affordable price. I am very picky but Ms.Vivian has been able to do everything i’ve asked for. Will definitely come back!
