We had appointment at 09:15, we were called at 09:50 at counter.Appointment system is not working well at internet. Its hard to see free slots.Staff is professional, service is good, please fix the appointment system.

I recently visited the center to get my passport renewed. Everything was pretty quick and smooth. The staff is super helpful and polite. I opted for a walk-in and to my surprise I was in and out within 15 minutes.

Went to BLS, Ottawa centre for my Passport renewal today. I did a walk-in early morning and there was no line up. Got my turn in 10-15minutes. The staff was very good & accommodating. Samprithi helped me with my application & also clicked my photograph too.The whole process was amazing.

“Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with BLS”I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the BLS service, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service provided. From start to finish, my encounter with this organization was nothing short of frustrating and exasperating.First and foremost, I was taken aback by the complete disregard for their stated hours of operation. I arrived promptly at the designated time, only to be informed that I would have to return after their lunch hour. To my surprise, it was barely 10 am, and they insisted I come back at 3 pm. This disregard for punctuality and their own schedule is simply unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism on their part.Moreover, the staff at BLS were far from friendly or accommodating. The employees I encountered seemed disinterested, unwelcoming, and even dismissive. I understand that dealing with numerous customers can be tiresome, but basic courtesy and respect should be a fundamental part of customer service. Unfortunately, this was sorely lacking in my experience.To make matters worse, the task I had come to accomplish was a simple two-minute procedure, yet BLS managed to make it seem like an interminable ordeal. I was there solely to pick up my passport, which had already arrived, so there was no reason for the process to be so time-consuming. The inefficiency and lack of organization displayed by BLS only served to further exacerbate my frustration.Overall, my encounter with BLS was marred by their abysmal customer service, failure to adhere to their own operating hours, and the unnecessary prolonging of a simple task. It is incredibly disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. I sincerely hope that BLS takes these criticisms to heart and makes significant improvements to their services and overall customer experience.As a result of this experience, I strongly advise others to explore alternative options when it comes to their passport or other similar services. It is imperative to choose an organization that values its customers, respects their time, and strives to provide efficient and friendly service. Unfortunately, BLS fell far short of these expectations, leaving me with a profoundly negative impression.

Staff was very friendly. Sampreeti the lady who proceeded our application was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. the other lady representative next to her was also very helpful and kind. They verify the application quickly which save our time. Thank you BLS Ottawa.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. There has got be issues with the application system, 7 out of 10 people were sent back for minor mistakes. They would need to re-fill the form and come back in to take a new token and be in line for another hour or two or come back another day. If the instructions are not very clear, this is bound to happen. Can they not make corrections and save the time? Wasted time and efforts for the staff and the applicants along with multitude of frustration. We have come a long way in our processes but still a long ways to go.
