Bought a Mazda 3 2007 kept great care of it drove it for 2 months, engine blew and I went back to have a chat with the man who sold me it. He did not invite me inside to discuss it, he then Proceeded to insult me to my face and call me names, and told me it was my fault and that I do not understand how used cars work, and called me hostile. VERY POOR SERVICE, DO NOT do business with them.

My wife and drove up from Victoria earlier this year after a friend recommended Kolenberg to us. We have been to other car dealerships in the past and been subjected to the stereotypical used car salesman behaviour: slick talking, subtle psychological pressure, etc. The service at Kolenberg was not like that at all. We had done our research and knew what we were looking for. We explained it all to Rob who presented us with the options he had, gave us honest advice (that confirmed what we had researched beforehand), and did not use any annoying pressure tactics. He gave us a decent price for our trade-in which again was in-line with what we were expecting based on our pricing research. We drove away that day with a 2015 Nissan Leaf that we are still very happy with 3 months later. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at Kolenberg and I would definitely bring my business here again.

This Father and Son team are amazing! There was absolutely no pressure and no BS. There were a couple minor problems with the car I was purchasing and they immediately fixed them. When I went back with questions they were super helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Buy your car here you can't go wrong!

We bought a Ford escape a few months ago from Rob at Kolenbergs and are really enjoying it. On the way home from town this afternoon we noticed a dragging sound, we pulled over and there was a piece hanging down under the engine. We stopped at Kolenbergs and Rob came right out. He proceeded to get down under the car and fix it, apparently a couple of bolts had come out from the plastic cover under the engine. He didn't charge anything for this great service. He certainly didn't need to fix our vehicle for free, but he did. A big thank you out to you Rob!

Amazing service. Very fair trade in for my car. They were both very helpful and I didn't feel pressured at all. It was my first car buying experience and it was a great one. They also had a great selection of Nissan Leafs which was what I purchased. They were all in really great condition and I love my new car!

This dealership had the reputation and recommendations from friends that it was the go to spot to find a used Nissan Leaf. Well they were right, a great selection of used electric vehicles and an incredibly nice dealership.My salesman Geoff was extremely knowledgeable and was honest with no BS. He answered all my questions perfectly and helped me pick the perfect used Leaf from the inventory they had.I ended up buying my 2013 Nissan Leaf there and from start to finish my experience was a 5 out of 5.

First time buying a vehicle since moving to the area. Was very impressed with how Rob and the staff treated me. Car purchases are stressful but Rob was very good with making the experience a pleasant one. No pressure tactics used and he trusted me with not asking for a deposit to hold the vehicle for a few hours. Wow, I was surprised. Would not have a problem with buying again in the future.
