Frames Guest House bnb NW Calgary

Very good location, very quiet and just 10-min walk to shopping center/restaurants. Room is very comfortable. Free breakfast, very tasty and abundant. The host family is very nice. We do appreciate. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Frame’s Guest House for several days when my dad suffered a stroke and was a patient at the Foothills Hospital. Dave and Brenda were wonderful and caring hosts, the breakfasts were delicious and matched to our preferences, the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable and we had as much privacy as we desired.Practical conveniences such as our own fridge were also included.Dave and Brenda open up their home and their hearts to their guests. We felt more than simply ‘hosted’; we felt welcomed, supported and cared for during a very stressful and difficult time. We would highly recommend Frame’s Guest House for those with loved ones in nearby hospitals or receiving treatment themselves.

Staying at the FRAME GUEST HOUSE,has the atmosphere of home. You start your morning with a breakfast that will carry you through the day. Yummy. You have your own bedroom to sleep in. They drive you to and from the hospital, which is a game changer in my opinion. You are treated like part of the family. If you want to talk about what is going on , they are always there to lend a kind ear. Just having my husband who was in the hospital , knowing that his wife is safe. I will recommend to everyone I know who needs a place to stay during a stressful time.

Would just like to say that I stayed with Brenda & Dave for some time as my son was in the Foothills hospital and I must say I was welcomed into their home as if I was part of their family. They are there for you anytime you need them cook your breakfast when you want it and the ride to and from the hospital at what time you want to go and come home. The room was very nice bed was comfortable and the puzzle that we did were so much fun. Also the conversations that we had when I needed them the most were great and helped me alot. So anyone looking for a place to stay while your loved one is in the Foothills or Children's hospital should give them a call. They truly are great people and hosts. As the picture on the wall just inside the door says I came in as a stranger and am leaving with a great friendship.

Would just like to say that I am my daughter have been recent guests at the Frame residence. I had a major surgery and needed to be close to the hospital for awhile. The whole experience was wonderful. The thoughts of staying in a hotel for that length of time compared to staying with Dave and Brenda is disheartening to say the least. The accommodations were clean quiet and comfortable. Option of breakfast and transportation to and from the hospital was a godsend. You can have as much privacy or conversation as you like. Beautiful people with an awesome service to offer. Definitely my first option if I’m ever in a similar situation. Can’t say enough about these great folks. They went above and beyond. Thanks Frame family!!

This Guest House is like a home away from home! For an elderly person they take excellent care of you. Choices for breakfast, transportation to and from the hospital. Highly recommended !Margaret Bews

Five stars aren’t enough for this business-you’d need a galaxy to adequately reward them. I wanted to support a friend who was in the hospital but did not want to have the stress of finding my own way around an unfamiliar city. I couldn’t have been happier when I found this B and B. For the time that you spend there, you aren’t just a guest, you’re family. Your day starts with a freshly prepared breakfast before being driven to the hospital, a mere ten minutes away. When you want to come home, they are just a phone-call away. Safe, comfortable, relaxing, and supportive. Give them a try, you’ll be happy you did!

Brenda and Dave are so welcoming and open their home to their guests. Spending some time with them in the evenings after a long day at the hospital helped to bring the day to a beautiful and calming close. I would recommend this guest house to anyone needing support while a loved one is in hospital.

We had an expected hospital stay & found Frames online - a great choice in many unexpected ways A real “home away from home” At the end of a long hospital day you can retreat to your own comfortable bedroom or join Brenda & Dave in their cozy family room to chat & unwind You can have a nice breakfast and an absolute bonus is the ride to & from hospital They are so accommodating friendly & relaxed Oh and laundry too if needed!! A very good decision that made a stressful situation into a calming one that provided me with everything I needed
