Fast, efficient, and courteous service. My first time at this clinic, and was very impressed. Immaculately clean premises. Receptionist and the Doctor (I was seen by Dr. Wang) were both wonderful. Great that they are open on Sunday. Would not hesitate to go back here again.

Best walk-in I've ever been to! Receptionist is very nice and responsive. Doctor gives clear instruction and explaination.The best part is: it opens on weekends! It is so hard now to find a clinic that opens until Sunday afternoon. I am glad I find this place so don't need to wait in emergency for hours;)

Extremely poor customer service. The receptionist will never pick up the calls and you have to wait forever to consult a doctor. Doctor can take up to a week to give you a call and once he called it will take your lifetime to get prescriptions send to pharmacy. No professionalism or quality of service. Extremely bad experience

After my first visit, I knew I would be coming back here again and again, as the staff was very, very friendly, I was seen within 5 minutes, and the place is very cleanly kept. It was my first time seeing Dr. Wang and he was very friendly, professional, thorough and actually listened to my concerns and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to go to a good quality walk-in clinic.

Very bad customer service. Tried to cancel the appointment one week earlier due to the flight schedule changed. They didn't want to process refund.Updates - Oct 23, After I submitted the above review via google, the clinic staff contacted me by email and processed refund. Thanks Google!The customer service lady of the clinic phone line was very rude and without proper knowledge of Canadian Consumer Policy. I don't want to change the above rate because of the unhappy service.

When I arrived at lab center at 10am the door was locked and no one there. I called the enquiry number and they said the staff arrived 15 min later. When I called 30 min later 10:30am, the center contacted told me there was someone inside while I saw a car just drove in the carpark. Apparently the center nurse lie about her late arrival.My test has to be before noon, or my flight might be impacted. I can accept slight delay but no lies please.

Highly recommend this walk in clinic! The registration process was fast and easy. I was seen within the same day. The doctors and staff provided friendly and professional services. The doctors were very attentive and addressed all my concerns. Definitely will be back at this clinic in the future!

Shortest wait time of any walk-in clinic I've ever been to!! We went on a Sunday just after noon and were in and out within 15 minutes! Very convenient hours, very friendly receptionist and the doctor was caring and helpful. Clean clinic with lots of free parking. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for efficient and exceptional service!!
