Purchased a few vintage rings and also had a custom gemstone band made. Everything was great, but the custom piece is absolutely stunning and exactly what I asked for down to the last little detail. I will trust no other jeweller with my future custom requests, Martha is extremely talented and she is lovely to work with as well. Highly recommend, whether you are purchasing from their selection of vintage/antique pieces, getting something repaired, or ordering a custom piece of jewelry!!

I have purchased several items from this store, all are excellent quality. The employees are very knowledgable and helpful. I purchased though an online sale. I received my items in a timely manner and the staff were able to answer any questions I had.

My 19 carat Euro style flat bottomed wedding set needed resizing. After months of having it sent everywhere and being rejected by 4 well known chain stores in NS and being sent to Quebec and Ontario, and on the verge of going to Alberta, I stopped in on a whim just to check. Not only did they reassure me they could do it, but within a week and for cheaper than any other quote I received. I have them back, they did a fantastic job and are now my new jewelry store. I highly, highly recommend these professionals!

I can’t say enough about this shop! I purchase items from them although I live in the US- and they package and ship everything beautifully. A few months ago, one of my items was lost in Customs. It took hours and hours of Krystal’s time to get things solved with the postal service, and then she worked with me to create a new piece of jewelry to take the place of the missing item. Incredible customer service - beyond measure. Martha is also a masterful jeweler and everything you buy from this shop will be top notch- whether it’s lived a previous life or is new to the world. One day I’ll get to Canada and visit this lovely, lovely team.

I have purchased a few antique rings, had a couple of repairs done and also had a custom heirloom ring made from family diamonds. The custom ring is perfection and more than I could of hoped for.I won’t be taking my business anywhere else and I look forward to buying many more pieces!

I had bent my white gold engagement ring a few days ago and brought it in for repair. They told me within a minute that it also had a small crack. They fixed it (rounded it and soldered the crack) and also applied rhodium and polished it in an hour and it only cost about $50 including tax! They were very friendly and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend them.

Went in to get a watch battery replaced. Staff were so pleasant and changed the battery immediately, in just a few minutes. Ten bucks all done, could not have been more pleased. Thanks folks!
