Stop lying. I bought a battery for a car 17 months ago, and after that the battery stopped working. I paid a two-year guarantee. When I returned to them with the balance, they told me that there is no guarantee. If the battery is good, it is enough for you to lie. I will never go back to your store again enough of a lie

I just bought a battery and was not charged. I called and asked for someone to come and jump the battery they just sold me 15 minutes prior and they argued that that wasn't true. And when I finally convinced them of the faulty item, they told we can't do anything for you". Uz Diaz"

Just stopped by to grab a oil filter wrench. Young guy at the counter was unable to determine what type of wrench I needed. Seemed incredibly unwilling to help, or ask a more senior associate for assistance. I am currently on my way to any other store to fulfill my requirement. I personally recommend you do the same.

I should of done this review a while ago , my boss always has a shop in this area and I use it quite a bit for car repairs , this is the closest parts place I found , from day one they always had the part and were always very helpful, ill continue using this location , even if I have to go our of my way , thank you

It's usually pretty good here, but I was very disappointed the last time I was there when they didn't serve me the proper way, and kind of just brushed me off to go elsewhere

When you call to check an item with this people!!! get ready to hold your phone for at least 1 hour minimum. Then wait for someone to pick up and hold for another 15 minute. So don’t call them. Go direct to the store.
