Eclipps Hair Cafe
On Sunday, I went to Eclipps Hair Cafe, and their New West Hair Studio is top-notch. The ambience is relaxing, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The hairstylists here are true artists, and they transformed my look with a stunning hairstyle. I received so many compliments afterwards!

Made an appointment a few weeks in advance before my trip, called the day before to confirm the time and they had no record of my appointment that I booked online and they told me they’re booked up and fully busy. Booked with a specific person and when I showed up to my appointment they told me someone else will be doing my hair. I was pretty much the only person in the salon. Didn’t look “fully booked” to me. I asked for a standard wash and blowout. The hair washing barely cleaned my hair and the blowout was laughable. The stylist didn’t even put any hair spray at the end to hold the styling, I had to rush home and use my own. A wash and blow dry is pretty standard for stylists, really shocked it seemed like such a difficult task from the stylist. This isn’t somewhere I’d go again or recommend at all.

I had my hair trimmed at Eclipps Hair Cafe not too long ago, and the care I received there exceeded my expectations. My hairdresser did a fantastic job, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I plan to come back here again.

Just cut my hair today with Nataliia and she was AMAZING! She understood what I wanted and did exactly what I asked her! My hair is beautiful and I'll be back for sure!I'm that one with black hair ;)

Kym was my stylist and this woman knows her color and how to highlight blond hair...better than I've seen in years. The attention to detail and speedy execution is a rare find. In addition, she intuitively understands how your hair will behave before she cuts it. Really appreciated that understanding as the last few haircuts before her have been cut too short for my liking. High recommend.

Hair cut and colour done by Natalia, very satisfied and would go back and definitely recommend!I would also recommend Violeta, I have previously had highlights and a blow dry by her and she is very good and I have went back to her numerous times.
