We have been using Jori for freight forwarding and customs clearance for a number of years and we are pleased with their customer service. Shipments are hassle-free, response times are fast, and having local support over the last few years of shipping congestion due to COVID has been much appreciated.

Very poor customer service!!!! Tried thru speaking with several agents in different departments after they overcharged and underdelivered while we were out of the country. We were completely stonewalled and due to their incompetence we are left in a very difficult situation and must research a proper logistical company . They were delighted to take our money and were aware of all of the logistical information yet refused to deliver as per the quote.Lesson : DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE or better yet, use alternate provider

They have local connections anywhere we ship, which ranges from the Middle East to Australasia to South America and Central East Asia. OilPro regularly exports heavy equipment, but we also import on an ongoing basis from Europe and the US. When we ship internationally, we work with Jori because their attention to detail means we don't need to worry about import and export documentation, timing, coordination brokerage etc.We feel secure knowing that our shipments are well coordinated from origin to end point to ensure that no extra costs are incurred due to miscommunications.
