While our washer was under repair, our laundry was piling up REALLY fast with four kidlets in the house. Soooo I bit the bullet and decided to pay to have it done. And seriously. Amazing. Steinbach Dry Cleaners/The little laundry room is wonderful! We were concerned about laundry scent being overwhelming after (had a negative experience with a different company years ago) however, it was simply perfect!!! I would not hesitate to use them again! Couldn’t have asked for better service from start to finish:)

The new owners took over in May and they are fantastic! Great services and very friendly. They even have a shelving unit full of products you can purchase including their own line of laundry care for personal use and handmade soaps! Great place!!

Very dishonest & disrespectful. DO NOT bring your expensive garments here. Brought my Canada Goose jacket in for a mild cleaning, after being re-assured numerous times by employees that they had experience cleaning these types of jackets. Upon pickup the jacket had shrunk, the red/white arm patch had been turned gray, and the entire jacket was discolored. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, no one could tell me who the manager was or when they would be back. I've called numerous times trying to get in touch with a manager, but keep getting the run around. Very disappointed with this business, save yourself the disappointment & frustration and go elsewhere.

I was provided a quote and they didn’t honour it, said I wasn’t specific enough when I had email confirmation of the conversation. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, or offer to deduct anything so I had no choice to pay unless I didn’t want my items back. Unfortunately have heard many complaints about this business for poor customer service and expensive cleaning - I chose to try them (because I was provided a quote) and will be searching for dry cleaning services elsewhere.

Quick and friendly customer service. The atmosphere of the store is clean and presentable. I love the clean aroma of products when you enter. :) Makes this place all the more inviting. All my items have been cleaned and in great condition when I have picked up. Would definetly recommend.

Brought two gowns and a suit to dry clean. I forgot to pick them up. Understand that things happen and I should have picked up a long time ago. When I called and asked if they still had my items- they put me on hold and went to look, came back and said they donated garments. I found the suit and gown on a buy and sell- available at their business! Went in and asked for my items. Paid the bill and brought my daughters gown home. What angers me is the dishonesty. Don’t tell your client you don’t have it - when in fact you do and you are selling it for a profit- this business did not donate the gowns, lying to clients is not a business I support.
