went here at 9:00pm and got a blizzard and a banana split by the time i drove less than 10 minutes home they were completly melted. The service was slow and i had to repeat my order 3 times. i will not be going back to this place.

This place #1 is more expensive than stony.plain #2 shorts you on your order. Attached is a picture of my milk shake.....are you kidding me , in Stony plain this comes in a cup that is filled to the top that has a clear dome on it and the whipping cream is sticking up to the top of the dome, I figured I got 2/3 of what I paid forPic of Stony plain and pic of Edmonton attached

Went through the drive thru never in my life have I encountered someone so stupid working any where, had to repeat my order over and over then they didn’t even get it right missed all the condiments I asked for and even items I asked for then said they never charged my for them, why not I asked for them charge me for the item and give it to me.

On this visit to Dairy Queen, I had an Original Cheeseburger 1/3 lb. Signature Stackburger Combo" with a Pepsi and fries. I do not expect a whole lot from fast food hamburgers

Cold fries right off the jump & charged extra for the ranch but didn’t give any ranch so had to drive around and wait 5 mins in the drive through to buy more ranch so I was charged twice for ranch & my fries were even colder and my chicken strips were cold too after that also it’s weird they charge for ranch this is the only dq that charged me again extra for ranch and said they didn’t charge but they did ?

Rude staff. Given wrong blizzard, outside of cup was covered in melted ice cream. Waited for 8 minutes in drive through for 2 blizzards, nobody in front of us. Bad experience overall.

I cannot rate lower, or I would.Went through the drive through, placed our order, order read back to us correctly, no issues. Get home and the blizzard we ordered was one they decided for me instead of what we ordered and had read back to us. We call the store to let them know of the simple mistake, and we were treated like we were almost criminals. The supervisor" refused to take my information and proceeded to argue with me

Prices always seem to be more expensive than other DQ locations around the city. My latest visit cost me $18 for a large turtles blizzard and a medium truffle blizzard. No extras and those were the only 2 items we ordered. Other times we've ordered the $9 meal deal(advertised $9 basket meal as per their menu screen) and ended up paying $12.XX for it? Again, no extras and it was the sole item on the transaction. Check your receipts before leaving.

It was okay. The food was meh and pricey for the quality of what you get. The service was okay but the restaurant has no public bathroom and the parking lot was terrible. Not to mention the seating was that 1980’s milder plastic seat that were not comfortable. The ice cream was good as always but It was expensive as always for the amount you get. Not worth the money for the food or the ice cream.
