My toddler instantly fell in love with everyone there, and they were all in. It was very wholesome. Great service, friendly staff.

I don't know where the people leaving these good reviews are getting their coffee. It's not from here. The coffee is the worst I've ever drank. I drink (more than I should) like 5+ a day. I've been here twice. Both times, the coffee was disgusting, I don't know how they make their coffee so bitter, but if that's what they are going for, they did it! You've created terrible coffee! The Needs attached has better coffee. I don't know how the owner hasn't fixed this yet. I just can't get over how TERRIBLE it is.

The two staff who is working tonight is really doing fantastic job… even they are about to close they still accommodate us for dine in… it is pouring rain and we are driving back to Antigonish… the Lady’s name is Summer and I just forgot the name of the Indian guy… I hope the will keep up their awesome job…

Robin's Donuts is a long needed and much appreciated addition to Port Elgin. A very clean establishment and awesome staff. Food is good and it's nice to sit down for a coffee and chat with friends.

Great donuts, great coffee, great smiles. Caution though, as there are times when this place gets so busy you will have to wait 20-30 minutes. Bathroom lineups can also be an issue.

Staff was great, especially Missy. Long wait (30+ minutes) due to not enough staff working. Management should plan better for the same weekend next year given the heightened traffic from the Cavendish Music Fesival in PEI.

Food and coffee is good. The young girl who served me needs to pay more attention to what people order. I ordered a bagle blt and was given a regular blt sandwhich.

Brand new, clean, little unorganized but sure it'll pan out in time. Friendly service, the donuts are yummy.Young girl with glasses, needs to work on customer service. Couldn't tell me my order was sitting right there waiting as she was chatting it up with a regular I'm assuming.

There’s a glorious older lady who served us at the drive thru window. So kind and polite. If I didn’t live 10 hours from here, I’d come every day just to interact with her. A true sunshine.
