I've ordered through Subway App, and asked for Yellow Mustard, Mayonnaise, Sweet Onion, BBQ sauces but only got a little BBQ n Yellow Mustard. I'd called but No one answered my call and left voice mail, and didn't received any call back. Next day morning I called them but the staff was so rude, I'd kept on telling that I'd called you to give a feedback but keep on telling I cannot give you refund or new sub. I told her, I'm not asking for any free stuffs just called for feedback. She had arrogantly replied my Manager will look into this and will be here after 5 pm. I'd asked to call me back but bluntly replied he can't, you have to call us.So please check the order before you take your delivery!

Food is usually good, staff seem like they don't want to be their or they don't want me their or idk what their issue is and that's the location by lip Ceasars, 100th street and the 1 in battleford what's up with you guys????

This subway can be very busy during the week due to it being close to a high school. In my experience here the subs are very skimpy on toppings compared to other subway locations. I personally try to avoid this location however when I have eaten here it has been OK but not great.

I ordered online for footlong n I payed for extra cheese n there is no cheese on it i ask them for side sauce n there is just one shot of sauce in container very disappointed

Ordered online so I couldn’t see them do it, I asked for extra cheddar cheese, got one mozzarella apparently (which I didn’t order) and zero cheddar. Way too much dressing. the workers absolutely refused to help with my order stating “I saw them put it on” horrible customer service in regards to their error.Subway never fails to fail. On a separate occasion, after a avoiding this location for months, I tried again. I ordered a side which they never gave to me. So I’m out of money again. At least they put a smiley face on the sub. Thank you, Subway!…
