I am so glad to have found McKnight pharmacy. Getting my prescriptions filled used to be a monthly stressful event for me. Now my prescriptions are filled within hours and the pharmacist took the time to actually thoroughly talk me through my meds. So grateful.

Everything about this pharmacy is wonderful, but I'd like to especially shout out the free, fast delivery. I have a disability which keeps me housebound most of the time, and before I found McKnight's I would sometimes go days without vital meds because I couldn't make it out the door. Not anymore! I spend 30 seconds filling out the refill web form in the morning and by 4 PM Pharmacy Joe is there, like a medication Santa Claus. Pretty sure I'm a customer for life.

Just had major surgery, and was given the green light to go home , and was given a prescription for pain medication - great right?!!? Until I realized it was Canada's birthday and most pharmacies were closed! We tried to call around and no one seemed to answer, apparently Rexall is suppose to be open but they never answered their phone. Then I saw that McKnight Pharmacy was open and sent them a message via their chat. They responded so quickly, and informed me that they were closing in twenty minutes but if I need a prescription to be filled to call them and they will wait for me. Wow, for them to fill it out and wait for us to come pick it up, is very rare to occur nowadays. That's old school customer service, the love and care was there!They went above and beyond, that is what I call amazing customer service!I am beyond grateful and thank you!

Mike at McKnight's is tremendous. My family were just in to get a PCR test as we may have been exposed. So, we want to thank you for getting us in.We felt bad for him as he ordered another shipment due to arrive last week and due to supply chain issues, they are still waiting for them. I hope the customers that had to be turned away can appreciate that these issues are not anyone's fault. It is just the world we live in right now.I would not for one second hesitate to return to this place and we were treated like a million bucks. Thank you, and happy holidays! :)

A special thank you to Mike! I'm one of the staff working at Mcknight's pharmacy and he treats ALL his staff like family. He puts everyone's comfort untop of his and his patients are his #1 priority. I also can't find enough words to describe how incredible Barb is. Her hard work and lovely personality are incomparable!!! She treats this place like her own and I feel i can always rely on her for assistance. She's a true asset to this place! Much appreciation to be one of the staff!

Absolutely amazing people, amazingly stock! You'd think B1 vitamin would be easy to find it's not! They have it liquid version of amoxicillin which is backed up by months at all other pharmacy's they thankfully have it. They amazing male pharmacist gave my daughter a new book to help her while she has to stay inside" he was so friendly and actually talked to her about taking medication. Will continue to go there

Every person who is an actual client of Mike's loves McKnight's. The staff are amazing and I have never had a pharmacist assist me the way Mike does. The only bad reviews on here are people that lined up for tests. Mike volunteered to be a testing centre to assist people, which is what he does best. Testing sites everywhere were extremely busy. Ignore the bad reviews from people who don't know anything about McKnight's, Mike, Barb and the rest of the awesome staff.

Been going to McKnights since they opened. Mike is the best pharmacist on this planet. His staff are great as well. They go above and beyond for their customers. They even do covid testing and my son has used this service and their simply the best team of pharmacists! Will never go anywhere else! So thank you Mike and team!

We couldn't find eyedrops for my toddler anywhere and Mike was beyond helpful. He did a very throrough assessment of my child and was newly able to prescribe the drops himself, which was amazing. He was so kind and warm to both of my children and reassuring to myself. This experience was a great relief.
