The superintendent is on the ball for everything, very friendly! Nice sized 1 bedroom apartments. Has a gym. Right next to a park and tennis courts. The park has a splash pad. Near 3 grocery stores and great sushi. 3 minutes from three different bus routes. Very convenient. No composting though

I lived at 310 Central Park The Broadway for 12 years. It's a great building with caring neighbours in a residential neighbourhood and close by to many shops. The building manager Eric Mainville is such a friendly, kind and helpful person. He is a positive energy in the building, and a true professional who works very hard. He works nonstop all day long. The condo is VERY lucky to have him!

I've lived here for five years, and was heartbroken when I had to leave once and for all (left the country). The superintendent (Eric?) is one of the most genuine and nicest guys you can meet, no matter what issue you have he'll take care of it. I lived in a 1bdrm and absolutely loved it. Perfect size and has everything you could need in a nice cozy little package. I miss my old apartment so much! Also, in terms of amenities and public transit, the options are aplenty. 10/10, would live here again.
