Our full service with Millbank Family Furniture was excellent from beginning to installation! Karl was very knowledgeable with helping us select our kitchen set which included the walnut Norwich kitchen table, bench, Myra leather chairs and stool! Our order was delivered ahead of schedule and was set up by Jacob and Johnny who were efficient and very pleasant! Their craftsmanship is exceptional and something you won’t find at a typical retailer. We absolutely love our new furniture and would highly recommend Millbank Family Furniture to anyone in search of quality built and beautifully designed furniture.

We are incredibly happy with the dining set we picked out. The store itself is beautiful and peaceful. We loved the long counter at the back with all the samples and books as it made our decision making so enjoyable. Lori was super to work with as well. The quality of the furniture and chairs is top notch and met all our expectations. Delivery went smoothly and we liked that actual Millbank staff managed the delivery. They were very courteous and professional. We would definitely shop there again and highly recommend to anyone in the market for furniture. It is worth the drive and the town is lovely too.

We had Millbank Custom Kitchens build a mudroom for us and we are extremely pleased with the results! The process was very smooth. It took awhile to get the quote and drawings finalized, about 2 months from the time I first reached out including one round of refinements to the drawings. However, Jon was very responsive to my many questions and always delivered within the timeline he specified. I was fairly specific in what I wanted and they delivered. They also gave good suggestions in areas I wasn’t sure of. We decided to go with Millbank because we were happy with their customer service and drawings, the quote was lower than the alternatives and they were able to do the installation earlier. It was fun to go to the showroom and pick out all the finishings (handles, hooks, colours). There were plenty of options! There was a small incident in the installation with the bench getting gouged, but they fixed it and reinstalled within a few days so that I can’t even tell. The final product looks great! It feels sturdy and good quality. Very professional work and service.

Millbank Family Furniture did an amazing job making my dining room chairs. My daughters and I sat in every chair in the showroom. Staff waited patiently as we chose the right style and comfort. Helen was able to match the stain with all my other furniture so they look like they belong. Ever time I walk past my dinning room I am reminded of how good they look and I smile! Carl was great in providing us exceptional customer service, never stopping to provide us options to choose from. We also purchased kitchen stools and living room table's from Millbank to co-ordinate with our newly designed kitchen. The store gave us some great ideas on stain and wood choices, countertop colours and pull outs for both the kitchen and furniture and no one was pushy but highly knowledgeable. Definitely worth a drive to the store for the furniture and an email to Jon to have him help you design your dream kitchen!
