While the staff are nice enough although very business like and not terribly personal to deal with having to wait for over 1/2 an hour and knowing that it would be probably another 1/2 an hour to speak to someone is ridiculous.I was asked if I had an appointment and was told I could have made one online only. I checked the website when I got home and don't see anywhere that appointments can be made online.I ended up leaving without seeing anyone when I heard someone ask about the wait time and the response was that they were short staffed. I only saw 1 staff for the 6 stations in the building so I assume that 5 people were off sick.The government really needs to do better..If you phone the numbers they give you you are told that wait times are over 1 hour to talk to a human and if you go to Services Canada you wait just as long.

Service canada is the place to visit for your requirements like SIN no; benefits, pension and other government related things.The place has very nice and polite staff, Helpful and supportive.The place is well maintained and is following all the Covid norms.It has all the information provided in digital and written form on the walls.The lighting, cleanliness and Ambience were well maintained.

I really can't stand how lazy peaple are in this company when it comes to people trying to file claims they have absolutely no compassion for their clients well being too lazy to do their jobs when they sit on a desk all day with a job all year round they should start hiring peaple that actually are willing to do more than play candy crush on their desks drinking coffee all day

does not attend to you at your set appointment. does not feel that my time or anyone else's was valued.appointment was set at 8:30am. The office opens at 8:30am but you can see the staff are already inside. instead of booting their desktops already, they open the doors, make you wait for atleast 30-40mins as they boot their system or talk amongst themselves.servicecanada should be represented by emphatetic staff who knows you went there for assistance and to process something important. the least you can do is value your clients' time and effort to be there on time.still 3 stars as the purpose of my visit was still done.

Very friendly staff, prompt service and lovely ambiance

Visited service canada over 5 to 6 times to fix an issue and still not fixed and they couldn't help at 3:30 stating I need to come in early for them to help me. Surely needs improvement on customer service and wait times.

Was Line up for about half hour today to expected to get some professional help with my application for my girl.and i was very disappointed. the room #2 agent did not even looked at the checklist send me home said my daughter's picture neck part not matching the face color as an excuse .really hope next time I will not seeing her again. Such a wasted of time .

Wanted info on CPP & referred to # where I've been on hold for long periods, can't get anyone to answer & there's no info on approx waiting time OR an offer to call you back. . So frustrating!

I have been abused by an agent verbally on the phone after waiting over 2 hours to speak to him. When he wouldn't answer my questions he said something rude and hung up on me! This is the government of Canada and your service is worst then a third world country.

I received excellent service on my first visit to Service Canada. The staff was very polite and efficient, I only waited a couple of minutes to see a representative and my problem was solve in under 10 minutes.
