Arrived to my appointement just to be turned around... Not in their computer.... Not impressed. I work in client service as well and would bend in two to accomodate client that my trainee forgot to book... I should have a rebate tomorrow. Will see how that goes......Did return next day for the haircut I needed and had very good service with lady named Marina. Pretty satisfied with the haircut.

Usually some wait, but it's worth it. I've always been very pleased with the haircut i've got. Everyone is very professional and attentive to details. I recommande this over anywhere, due to their quality/price ratio!

Parastu was a great hair artist. I didn't know what I wanted and she really helped. The results turned out great. She was very patience and polite. Would definitely recommend.
