Such a hard time to get a hold of anyone and they never get back to you. Water bills are ridiculous these guys just keep jacking it up so nice to have privatized water

Very rarely receive a bill. This company doesnt hesitate too call and inform me my account is over due, but does not send me out a bill to be able to pay it.

Very much agree with the other reviews about this company. I have never been as upset on the phone than with erth - and to think it was over $15. There explanation was processing and her time with me on the phone costs them.

Stay alert their employees are biggest thug’s especially their manager Kerry. I will see you court.

I just got off the phone with an agent that was not nice and definitely not helpful. I asked her it seems like ERTH Solution and Norfolk County are like a monopoly and unwilling to do anything for me" her reply "pretty much". So I asked for Norfolk County's contact from her and she denied to give it to me. Needless to says she made me extremely frustrated and angry."

Moved to Woodstock. Called Erth Solutions to create my account a week prior. I was told that I would receive a bill and would help me create an account. I kept waiting but a bill never arrived- figured they had delays on their end. After less than 2 months, I called to ask for my bill. Long story short, I have been charged late payment fees for a bill I never received...right at account opening. Note that my 'first bill' was only 'late' by 2 weeks at the time I called them to inquire about my bills. This is disgusting practice especially when the fault is from erth solutions.Just reading other reviews now and realizing that not sending bills out to people is a common theme. Please fix your billing process.

Still cant beleive how much the cost of water is in Norfolk. It's disgusting how much were paying ... 60$ delivery charge right off the top then water bill is over 100 bux n we barely even use water lol

Over priced. Pay way to much for water
