I strongly advise against visiting this laser clinic. My friend went there for a facial treatment and unfortunately ended up with severe burns on her face. Not only was the experience excruciatingly painful for her, but she now has permanent scarring and discoloration on her face. The clinic staff did not seem to take responsibility for what happened and showed little concern for my friend's well-being. It is shocking and deeply disappointing that a professional establishment could cause such harm to their clients. I urge anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere for their beauty needs, as the risk of injury is simply not worth it.

Came on the recommendation of a friend who had done PRP with them, with fantastic results. I’m normally a skeptical person but decided to give them a shot. I have to say, one of the best choices I have made. My hair has become stronger and thicker and my hair loss stopped. Jonathan is excellent, he was very thorough and in my opinion one of the best hair loss experts in the Toronto area.If you are experiencing thinning and hair loss, this is the place to go. I highly recommend!

Had 4 sessions of PRP for hair here with excellent results so far. Planning on completing 10 sessions monthly. This place really cares and takes the time to analyze your situation to make sure the treatment is right for you. It’s not one of those rush you in, take your money and provide low quality kind of place. You’ll be told if something isn’t right for you.

She misses huge parts for laser treatment and says this is what you paid for. Biggest mistake coming here. They use Groupon to advertise but make you pay up front so Groupon doesn’t get the money and you have no way of refunding or making a claim against them because there is no paper trail.

Very honest staff, and clean environment. I came for PRP and laser hair removal. The consultation was extremely informative. I had been to other places, and the consultations were not informative at all, and just straight to money and business. When I came into hairfree I was so pleased they took the time to listen to my concerns and goals. The consultation was about 45 minutes and extremely informative. I am glad I made the decision to start treatment them. Highly recommend.

Hi, I got in touch with this place as there was a deal going on. And I paid for a year treatments in advance. The first sitting was good. Later the service got bad. Once I did some kind of facial and got bad reaction. It burned my skin got me rashes and acne. I requested the manager to refund the rest of my money as I was terrified to go for a year as I did not feel safe. They refused. I still continue to go as I had paid a lot. Later they stopped calling me for appointments. And I lost money nd did jus couple of treatments made my skin worst.
