STOP do not put money in the machine! All the garage bays are taking the money and not operating! There is no owner/customer service help number and he/she has previously posted a “Birds Eye Security” on his wall for contact number that is no longer operational with his company. The owner is operating illegal without any functioning water or signage posted showing out of service. Already took 15-20 vehicles money today. Owners vehicle most likely sitting in Bay 7. The change machine accepts cash and dispenses change, then eats the change at the wash bay without turning on

I like the new simple device that they installed and you can pay by tapping your credit card or phone. It's really handy when you don't have cash. I wish they had added the device to all spots.

Honestly just horrible. Half the stuff doesn’t work most of the time, then you call the guy and he’s always extremely rude and doesn’t do anything. Yeah it might only be $3 wasted here and there, but still…why should people pay for stuff that doesn’t work? Learned my lesson, I’ve given the place 3 tries now and every time it’s either the water pressure isn’t working, there’s no soap, or the foaming brush isn’t working. Better off going to stellar car wash not far from here.

Two booths that ran out of soap so I paid $6 for a rinse.Awfully managed. Twice this has happened. Their screen for visa payment also doesn't work. That $40 you charged me better get removed.

Wow. business is now under new ownership and they gave me amazing customer service! Great clean bays! tons of selection in the vending machine. very happy with water pressure and soap that was dispensed! i have a sports car and it shines like it is brand new! if you enjoy having a clean car you have to go to scrubzz!

As Im tired of waiting in line in the gas station car washes, this was a great alternative. Doing it yourself isn't so bad I thought! Best coin car wash in Newmarket! My car came out looking as it did when I got it from the dealership. Easy to pay as they accept visa or debit. I would 100% come back again.

Vacuum took coins but didn't work and didn't retun coins. After that, too nervous to use debit card. Car wash was OK.

If I could give a zero start review I would. I brought my sprinter truck to wash and it wouldn’t take some of my coins so my time was limited. The high pressure hose was absolutely garbage I get better pressure from my garden hose. The brush didn’t put out any soap at all. So that was a waste of $7. I’m not sure about the smaller bays but I will not be returning here.
