Cornell Cuts for Kids

I loved this place. We went their for my 2 year old very first haircut and it was worth my time. Rose was very professional and so friendly. She did a wonderful job. I will highly recommend Cornell cuts and will be coming back soon.

During my recent visit to Cornell Cuts for Kids, I was disappointed to find that the staff appeared rushed and hurriedly completed haircuts in just 10 minutes. As a result, the quality of the cuts suffered, which was disheartening. Additionally, the salon charged nearly twice the standard rate for such a brief and subpar service. This experience was unacceptable for my child and left us both feeling unhappy.

Haircut with Rose was excellent on a Saturday morning - I called earlier in the week to book my appointment time, and we didn't have to wait. She was fantastic with my toddler and we're very pleased with the results.

Our son usually hates haircuts but he didn't scream or cry during his haircut at Cornell Cuts. They have cute little toy cars for kids to sit in during their haircut and small tvs with shows playing which made it a lot easier on us. The stylist was very friendly and patient as well. We will definitely be coming back here soon. Highly recommend this place!

Completely missmanaged..Called got appointment of 11.15 amI asked for an appointment time call if it is eleven one five, two times person said yes.When I reached 11.00 am, I came to know it was 11.50 :) as per their information.When on call, I asked two times, eleven one five am :) and the person said yes.The funny thing is that receptionists don't care at all. She is busy with chit-chat with some friend, no courtesy to say sorry :).Worth to try if someone wants to waste time. :)

I took my 4 year old here for her very first haircut, and it was the best decision I've made in a long time! The place was adorable, and everyone was so warm and friendly! Rose was so amazing with our daughter from beginning to end!! And we even got a certificate and a lock of hair to commemorate the special day! Thank you!!

We found this place through google and were so happy that our son got his first haircut here. Anita was very kind, patient and lovely thorough out the whole process. We were given a certificate for a “first haircut” and a lock of his hair in a baggie. So thoughtful! Thanks so much Anita!

First at all just be fair for everyone, this complaint is not for their service as we didn’t use their service at all, and of course will never use it after this disappointed booking experience. I booked the appointment at 3:00pm today for my little baby girl (7 month), my baby was taking her nap and getting a little bit fussy when I tried to wake her up to get ready go out, so we were running a little bit late and the estimated arriving time is around 3:15pm. I was trying my best to drive as smooth as possible in the rainstorm weather and wish we can make it ASAP to the salon. However I received the call at 3:08pm while I am driving and was told that bc I am late and they have another customer there already, so they can’t have us until 4:20pm. I didn’t say much at the phone but have to cancel my appt as my baby couldn’t wait that long for her next feeding. I know I am late and any reason would be an excuse but I realized later that how ridiculous that they have another customer booked 8-10mins after my appointment if I arrived on time! Is it normal to have infant first time hair cut for only 10 mins? Plus there is no any buffer time for any appointment booking customers especially you know your customers somehow will be a little bit late because of the baby?! Thanks for this, I spent our time in the road at the most worse weather during the day (snowstorm). I feel very disappointed and angry. What a day :(
