H&R Block

Actually, this is our first time to try h&r. I would say the service is great, friendly and professional. Thank u, Michael. We will definitely see you next tax return season:)

The absolute worst customer service experience of my life. The manager of this branch is an arrogant piece of work and the staff are not responsive nor considerate. I would avoid this location at all costs if you want your taxes done properly.

Completely unprofessional service and they made me wait two weeks for them to tell me that hey had two people call in sick like it’s my fault? What a joke. Will NOT be going back to this Location or H&R block ever again.

The whole process took an hour and a half and cost $260 for my wife and I. Filing with TurboTax from now on, as I have in previous years.

This is our second year of tax return with H&R block at this location. As always, the service is professional, efficient and comfortable. Thanks for everyone and also Michael. He is really helpful.

Jennifer was slammed with calls and customers but she still managed to take the time to clearly explain and walk me through my tax situation. Thanks Jennifer!!

Walked in to the office on Fort and was treated rudely and dismissively. Felt sorry for the young woman working there who was trying to be polite but overpowered by the misery who appeared to be her boss. Left and went to Menzies and had the best experience! Friendly and helpful. Come on H&R, you can do better.

I have always used H&R block for my taxes, and because I move so often, it is an easy way of getting taxes done. When visiting the Fort Street location, I met Sylvia Chang for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. I came in on a Saturday and notified that I have a week, until I travel, and she gave me a turn around time for 5 days. Later that day I got a call to come in and review my taxes the next day (a Sunday)! The appointment lasted about 20 minutes, and she was able to give me a detailed overview. She was also able to confidently answer many of my questions. I am so impressed with Sylvia's service, that I would want to file my taxes with her, even if I do move.Thank you for incredible service!

Horrible place. Made an online appointment today, the tax person was not even in office today.

For the second year in a row, I deal with this wonderful lady, Lily Nguyen, at the H&R office at 1086 Fort Street, Victoria, BC, and for the second year in a row, my respect and admiration to her and her professional work increase even more. The whole staff in the office are so skillfull and professional, and I wouldn't feel safe or comfortable with my Tax Filing process if these guys don't carry it out. Thanks to everyone, and to Lily in particular.
