Outside hospital littered with masks.Discusting and unhygienic. Never forwarded test results to doctor. Unfriendly staff treat you like you are below them. Not dictating to patients and treating them with respect would help the reputation of this hospital.

Still laughing at the fact that I was talked down to the whole time I was there just because I speak English. I kept my composure because I know if you even say the wrong thing or even act rude in the slightest way and they’ll forget about you somewhere for 16 hours. At this point I feel like they’re not even trying to hide the fact that they discriminate against english. Ridiculous but sadly it’s not like there’s any other alternatives so english canadians who speak French when needed and don’t discriminate won’t be treated like a human being.

Don’t waste your time and don’t call them. Worse service ever. They can’t take your rendezvous the right way, and if it’s a mistake they’ve made, YOU have to call to fix it!? When it’s time to call them, like they’ve asked YOU to do, there’s this lady at radiology that will show NO empathy about your situation, she won’t even try to understand or listen to the reason of your call. I don’t know who that lady is but she probably loves her jobs right? All I’m saying, is that, she seems happy with how much she’s making. Helping patients…

This is the first time I write a negative review, but today was one of several horrible days in emergency in this hospital, which is nothing like emergency. Would emergency last 5-6 hours when you have Covid, can hardly breath and have heart issues? And when they tell you to put on the gown and forget about you for more than an hour while you are shaking/freezing/having temperature and have many more other issues. I think the only service they give you is making you understand that you should never come back to this hospital.

Have been trying to forget the horrible experience in this hospital until receiving this in my mail box…no, sorry, I didn’t meet any of your hospital members who worked with kindness and from the heart.I hurt my forehead pretty badly when playing soccer and my teammates suggested I see a doctor as I may need a few stitches. I arrived there around 10:45 pm and met Triage nurse/did cleaning then waited until noon the next day to be called in to a room. Then I waited another 1.5 hours to see a doctor. The whole experience demonstrated nobody cares about you unless you are in a near death emergency. Try not to go to this hospital ER (or any other ones) unless you are prepared for the long wait. Leave this province or go to a private clinic if you can afford one. The health care system in this province is doomed, just like the construction sector…

Horrible experience at this hospital. Gave my grandfather the wrong diagnosis at first. Then changed their diagnosis and when the team was questionned; they were rude and were happy to be questionned and offended that we wanted to get a second opinion. Education and knowledge is a right of patient; this is something learned in health care early on. A nurse also told us to “stop crying” when we found out my grandfather was passing away. And on top of this, we had asked for OT services; well at least a different mat for my grandpa to prevent pressure sores and make his last days as comfortable as possible - he passed away before we even got the mat.

Couldn’t have been more disgusted with the way I was treated at this hospital. I broke a bone in a pretty bad car accident and I was in a lot of pain. Regardless of the pain, I remained calm and polite to each and every staff member I interacted with at that hospital from the time I arrived in an ambulance to the time I left. Not once did I answer back, not once was I rude, I never badgered them about how long they took, I made only 3 requests in the 30 hours I was there. Whenever I needed something, they would give me such a cold stare and say “I’ll get to it when I want” in french with attitude like I’ve never seen and then leave for long periods of over an hour. When I first arrived, I immediately asked for ice to reduce the swelling and I was told “I’ll do it when I can” in the most disrespectful way possible and was left for over an hour an half without anything. In an emergency room, there is no ice? She couldn’t have taken 20 seconds to get me some ice so I wouldn’t have to sit in discomfort for almost 2 hours? I completely understand that there are a lot more severe cases that are a priority over me, and as I previously mentioned waiting isn’t the issue. I would’ve quietly sat there for 10 hours and not said anything if I had to, but to be talked to the way I was talked to for politely asking for something I needed isn’t normal. Not to mention I only received one of the 2 documents they were supposed to give me because the nurse dealing with me was too busy chit chatting and laughing with her colleague.

Only commenting on the healthcare facility. The Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal is a hospital in the Cartierville neighbourhood of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, bordering on Saint-Laurent. The hospital was founded by a group of women on the day of the Feast of the Sacred Heart in downtown Montreal on June 1, 1898. Over many many years with the efforts and the development, now the hospital has become one of the largest teaching hospitals affiliated with the Université de Montréal, and one of the largest hospitals with over 500 beds in Quebec. It is globally recognized for certain specialities and ultra-specialities such as severe trauma, serious heart and pulmonary problems, and important mental illnesses. Thank you Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal! With the rapid growth of the population, we need to have more hospitals like Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal to take care of our loved ones.
